The edger is already assemble, just take out of the box and edge. My first time doing the lawn and the edger work great.

I have had 2 over a 15 year period. The first one lasted 15 years finally burned up. Just bought another. It is light weight, replacement blades are cheap and easy to put on. Best of all it will give you a sharp edge on your lawn. No lawn is done until it has a razor sharp edge. Light quiet and works buy you one!

My ex-wife's hand will never touch this hog. LOL

It took some getting used to and figuring out how slow to go over our overgrowth of grass, but once you figure out how to use it, it is well worth the price paid. I wouldn't trade it for anything now and my walkways look so much better!!!
