This product is very nice and exactly what I wanted. It looks great in my bathroom. It was delivered in a timely fashion. My only criticism is that it came without any mounting instructions and without a mounting template. I have done lots of home improvements so I knew how to make a template and how to install. But for a novice, this info would be very important.

I am very happy with the style, quality, and price of these towel bars! They are beautiful, well made, and a great value. But BEWARE the paper template that comes with them! They are incorrect and do NOT line up with the mounting brackets! They are only about a screw's width off, which means you cannot simply drill a new hole right where you need it, because two screw holes side-by-side create one giant hole! Now we must patch the wall, repaint, and start over!
