Better than a stove oven, 03/14/2010

We use this product so often that we bought one for our daughter. It has an efficient circle of heat which prevents food from burning on the bottom, has a rack that keeps food off the bottom, has a temperature control and has a removable porcelain pan that is easy to clean. I either use a cooking bag with added liquid or cover the meat with liquid. I cook anything from pork chops and roasts, beef roasts, small hams, chicken and more. It is my favorite appliance!!!!!

Just got this product a few days ago. I've already used it twice. I cooked cornish game hens. Probably the best I've ever had. Meat was juicy and the hens browned nicely. This the perfect size for a small family, without heating up the regular oven. I'm getting one for a friend who lives alone. This is a multi-use item. It gets hot enough to bake and roast, yet has a lower settings for slow cooking.

I purchased the cooker for my son. He loves it, I have owned one in the past and it is a perfect size for cooking for a small family. You can cook so many things in it from baking, frying, roastin and anything you use a regular stove and oven for.
