It's THE answer to all my dreams of getting the old LPs transferred into my computer for use in making audios & videos (both CDs and DVDs) for future listening pleasure...........Wonderful!! I am now a completely happy Windows Movie Maker, with a library filled to the brim - Music from the 1940's through the 1980's and beyond. Wow!

Easy use put an album on it splits the tracks between songs cuts out the silent lead in has a volume control you can adjust record volume stores tracks in flash memory when your ready to burn a cd push the burn cd button tray opens and you put in your blank disc close the tray and you can walk away it dose the rest a few minutes go by and your cd is done it ask if you want to burn another or you can clear flash memory you do all this without a computer but if you want to have a computer hooked up to it you can only downside to recording a cd without a computer hooked up is the cd has no detail descriptions of the artist or songs it basicly just list as track numbers only ..

It took us a while to figure out how to use it, but once you do, it's easy as can be. We use it directly from vinyl to CD's. Have not, nor expect to use it with the computer.
The one thing they don't tell you, is if you use it directly from vinyl to CD, you have to have earphones, THERE ARE NO SPEAKERS BUILT IN.
