I have this ball and the Gaiam fitness ball... I love this one so much better!! Its a great size and its very durable!! My three year old loves it too, she actually sits on it and bounces around like crazy! This ball is great for stretching, sit ups, push ups, sitting on while lifting weights and several other things! the DVD is great too :) :)

I loved this ball and the dvd that comes with it. It makes working out effortless! I don't even sit on the couch anymore I just sit on my ball while watching tv then I do a few of the workouts on commercials and I have gotten into amazing shape!

I bought it for my special needs child. Peanut therapy balls are quite expensive, but this fitness one is a great deal! She sits on it and bounces to work her leg muscles! She also loves to roll on her belly with it. LOVE IT!

I bought this not to exercise but for my special needs son to use for some at home therapy. I picked this one because of it's unique shape. My 6 year old fits on it perfectly on the middle area of the ball. It holds up really well after all of the use too. I highly recommend this product.
The ball does not come with instructions but it is not hard to figure out that you put the pump in the only hole the ball has. The ball does come folded up so the sides are all stuck together until you start blowing it up.

This product enables a person to have all of the benefits of working out on an exercise ball, but is more stable. The DVD that came with it is pretty good also. It seemed to lose a little bit of air pressure after being stored for two weeks, but reinflated quickly and no problems when using.

inflate with pump...

it comes with a pump, you stick the pump in the little hole and then pump up. the pump will unstick the sides. takes about two min by hand pump. not junk! its wonderful :)
