Wii Fit Plus invites all members of the household to make individualized workout routines according to their own unique schedules, activity preferences and fitness goals. Wii Fit Plus makes use of the innovative Wii Balance Board accessory, an easy-to-use device that detects players' movements as they enjoy games like Obstacle Course and Perfect 10. In addition to all of the original Wii Fit aerobic, yoga, strength training and balance activities, Wii Fit Plus features more than 20 new activities to step up the fun, including skateboarding and a Segway course. To suit each user's schedule, workouts can be set to any duration in five-minute intervals up to an hour, and users can choose from specialized routines that focus on specific fitness goals or target areas. Another new feature even incorporates animals by letting players track their pets' weight and create custom Mii characters for them.

I have wanted to start an exercise program for a while but did not know where to start. Wii fit plus makes it hassle free. It measures me, helps me set weight goals, helps me choose which exercises are best for me and keeps track of my data on a nice little gragh. I probably would have given up by now on any program I started alone, but with Wii fit plus I can see my progress. That motivates me to keep working out everyday.

bought it in place of spending $ on a gym membership. So far hasn't disappointed. Would like more Aerobic options, but the games are fun and challenging. I've been sore a few times! I like the option to set personal goals and tailor a workout to target a specific area!
Some of the games aren't as easy as they look, so you'll definitely sweat and stay interested!

I've been stuck between a rock and a hard place when trying to figure out whether I wanted to buy it or not. We bit the bullet and decided to spend the money. We went to our local Walmart and they didn't have it in stock (even though Walmart mobile said it was...), so we went to our local Target and they also didn't have it in stock. It was late (9:30pm) so we couldn't try Best Buy or Game Stop, we went to another Walmart about 10 miles from home and they had it! Only two left! We probably traveled a good 20 miles that night out of desperation to buy this darn game! LOL! As soon as we got home we ripped it out of the box and started playing right away. I'm not one to go to a gym, so I thought this would be perfect for me. I'm 22 and want to be in the good shape I was when I was in high school. My BMI according to the game is perfect but I've always been about 5-10 pounds underweight. This game is perfect if you want your weight to stay the same. I wouldn't recommend it to someone if they wanted to quickly lose weight, maybe 10 pounds within 30 days would be doable. This game is so much fun and so worth the money. It challenges you, and I think the whole point of it challenging you is so you DO get mad and want to keep trying. The obstacle course game is my favorite. It really gets my muscles burned and the sweat pouring. My boyfriend likes the balancing games more. All in all I am so satisfied with this product compared to all the other Wii games we have. It's so worth the money. If you want this game you better go get it asap, the only games we seen at our local stores were Wii U games. This product is going off store shelves quickly!

My hubby and I bought the wii fit plus on Jan. 17th. I've been working out every day twice daily since then and have lost 5 lbs in 9 days! I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to get in shape with a mild workout while having fun at the same time!!

THis product was shipped in the WiiFit box... I think it should have had a box surrounding it so that the actual Wii Fit box didn't get so roughed up.

Item works well! I have alot of fun with it. Excersizes are pretty good, makes you sweat lightly - I dont see getting a huge workout from the "fit" Dvd. I do like that it keeps track of your weight fluctuations. You can even do your pets weight! I hope they come out with more fit games with alittle higher levels. It goes from beginner to advance, but advanced is not so much longer than it is just harder to follow. Two mini games like running and the bicycling are good to get your heart pumping.
One more thing - this package COMES WITH a game AND BATTERIES. First time I purchased it, they were both missing and had to return it for a new package. The box itself isnt very clear on what comes inside so returning the item was a little difficult.

I've been wanting the Wii since it came out. We finally pulled the trigger and purchased the full system. The Wii board is great and fun. I suggest going for it and purchase this accessory. It opens up many more fun opportunities and fitness fun!

I never review items but I am going to start. This one deserves it. I've ordered from Walmart's site multiple times each time with a minimal shipping cost. Tracking great and delivery great!
I purchased the Wii fit plus for my wife and we love it. Got my 4 year old daughter wanting to play video games. She loves Yoga and all the short fun games. My wife loved it as well, perfect adult, kid, family purchase.

I purchased this product after comparing it to the Xbox 360 Kinect. While I have nothing bad to say about the Xbox system, I will say that after reading the reviews on both products, your choice depends on your fitness goals and your age. Xbox seems target toward the person looking for the extreme gaming experience and fitness program. Wii seems targeted toward a more mature audience who has weight loss and fitness as their goals but needs to start slower and move to something more rigorous. The Wii Fit Plus system definitely has you break a serious sweat but the movements are much more geared to low-impact and safety. It is something you can definitely do every day with no problem. I is fairly accurate in terms of your weight. I found it is within a pound or two of my bathroom scale on the heavier side. I can definitely live with that. The game aspect of it keeps you from becoming bored with it since you earn points for each activity and you strive to beat your score each time you do the activity. As you get stronger or as you perform the activity a certain number of times, you are able to unlock more strenuous options for that activity. Then you have the option of doing more or keeping it on the lower number of repititions until you feel comfortable moving up. Some have commented negatively on the fact that the little voice will tell you that you are obese saying that they felt it made them feel bad. I have no problem with that. It does not make the comment in a way that should make you feel bad about yourself. It is very matter of fact. It is not like I did not already know that I have a weight problem and I was shocked by it. Obviously the fact that I am concerned about getting fit means I knew I had to work on my weight. If you perform a skill and achieve low results, the little character will bend down and wag its head. No problem. The only thing that did for me was make me keep trying over and over so that before I knew it, I had been working out for 30 minutes. The games are highly interactive and gets you up off the couch. The great thing about it is that you can also add credit for activities you do without the Wii - say if you run on your treadmill or do other workouts. You can enter credit for the time, the level of intensity, and the duration of the activity and the Wii will give you an estimate of how many calories your burned. Calories burned during any activity are an estimate based on the assumption that you performed the activity perfectly. It tells you that up front. Just the fact that you are up moving and sweating is beneficial and I have been dropping weight steadily since I started using it. Of course, this means you have to make appropriate changes in your diet as well so don't expect that this or any other fitness program will work if you are not willing to make other lifestyle changes. It will not make magic or perform miracles nor does it claim to. All together, I highly recommend this product and give it five stars.

Easy to setup, easy to use, and fun! What more could you ask for? This makes exercise fun and interesting as you giggle your way though some of the routines. Of course that does affect your scores but you are moving, laughing and feeling good. A very good buy!
