I bought this for my 8 & 9 yo daughters for Christmas and they absolutely love it! It's very easy to use and the sound is great too. For the value, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a little fun.

I purchased two of these machines.
Both grandchildren thought they were great.
I like that they plug into the TV for the words,
they several demo songs to practice on and
that they take CD's for their favorite recording
artists. I purchased the extended warranty just
to make sure if something breaks on them it will
be covered.

Microphone does not work and the singing machine compant is totally
unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I do not know how to
get this fixed especially when the enclosure in the box states
not to call Walmart.

I thought this was going to be like a real Karaoke Machine we have everything hooked up correctly but when they sing no background music the music just stops and then starts back when they are not singing anything. Not happy with that at all.

The only source of music for this machine is a CD. It does not have radio, USB plug/MP# player plugor anything. the kids do like the lights.

I got this for my 7 yr old son. He and his brother have really enjoyed it. I have not found additional music for it yet and have read that it is somewhat challenging as all karaoke cds do not work with it. The quality of the machine is very good! I do reccomend getting wirless mics. The wores seem to hinder my kids ability to "rock out". I would def recommend this to a friend!

Opened the box and turned it on...the disco lights and mic worked but there was no power to play a cd...had to return to my local store and reorder a new one to see if it will work right!

Music plays, disco lights flash, words scroll on TV but MICROPHONE DOESN'T WORK! The whole idea of a Karaoke machine is to sing along with the music. Trying to reach customer service for Sing Machine is close to impossible. 5 phone calls and each one gives you your status on line to speak with a customer service rep ends with, "All customer service reps are busy, please leave a voice mail message." They go on to sasy "User mail box can't accept any more messages. An error has accured. I'm sorry." Click, end of call. I was even first in line and got the same message. I would be happy to write a different review if customer service ever rectifies the situation and we get a working machine, but for now I wouldn't buy this machine nor would I order on line with Walmart again.

After reading all of the other reviews, I was concerned about buying a karaoke machine. Seems like they're not built well, so I did buy the extended warranty for $3. But we haven't had any problems out of it. And the kids LOVE it. My kids are 4 and 7 and they are having a blast, playing for an hour at a time. Glad we got it.

I bought this for my 8 year old for Christmas. On Christmas morning we discover it has a short in it and you could not program the songs because none of the controls worked. The lights would go one and off. The power button would come on then turn itself off.

There is a huge level of disappointment for everyone involved when the present your child wanted for Christmas is opened only to find it isnt operational. I guess QC is a thing of the past. The reviews were good but if you purchase this item as a gift, please test it before you wrap it.

I bought this for my 10 yr old daughter for her b'day! She about died! The lights worked perfectly n the cord on the mic is just long enough for her to move around and put on a show. Its also small enough for easy storage.this product works great for her since she has her on TV.
