Gold's Gym Gold's Gym Long Series Resistance Tube Kit
Are you looking for a way to fit in some exercise? Then go for the Golds Gym Resistance Tube Kit, as a way to maintain or regain your physique. This resistance tube kit has three long resistance tubes, and each has a different level of resistance. Red tube has low resistance, the blue one offers medium resistance, and the black tube provides heavy resistance. You can use them together or separately depending on how you choose to personalize your workouts. The fitness stretch band has two detachable, easy grip fabric-covered rubber handles, to help prevent wear and tear during heavy exercise. The kit also includes a removable and adjustable nylon strap for your convenience. This Golds Gym Resistance Tube Kit also includes an exercise guide. You can carry the entire kit in the included nylon mesh bag.

Bought these because they had good reviews and three days later they are broken. The little hook part that you put the bands on broke on me and not even while I was working out. I was just switching bands and SNAP! Now they are useless. Also I am a very weak woman (can't even do one regular push-up) and the red band did nothing for me. Obviously you get what you pay for. They may not all do this but just be wary. You might want to consider different bands.

This is such a great deal, inexpensive but not cheaply made. Great for p90x and other fitness programs. As well as adding it into your cardio routine. I'm 6'3 and 230 pounds and these things hold up just fine for a guy my height. I'd buy these again if I ever lost them and walmart shipped them the very next day. Incredible value, if you're looking for resistance bands look no further for you have found them.

It's a good product. Can't complain. If, they give more handles instead of one than would be better and because of replaceable bands, it slips when we do some shoulder exercise.

I use the bands for strength and stretching. I have arthritis in both shoulders and tendinitis in both arms. The bands are a lot less straining
To joints and tendons. Use 1 or 2 or all , use your own weight and strength.

I'm Using the Gold's tubes with my P90X. I wish I would have gotten some with a little more resistance but these will work for now. They are showing no wear and tear as of yet. I would recommend this product to someone if little resistance is what they are looking for.

I have a set of these back in the States. I keep these in my CHU (container housing unit) overseas and use them when I have time. Sometimes the gym is so crowded that you can't get inside and a sandstorm may mess things up so you can get a small workout at "home". Great resistance bands!

Save your money, these bands are JUNK!
Keeping the handles for my Pilates reformer though, so not a total loss.

I am so glad I found these!! I was a little unsure because the price was so low that I thought maybe they would be "cheap". But, far from it!! My husband and I have both used our for our P90X videos and they work great. I hope they will last a long time because we plan on using these forever. Clips on bands would produce stress from one band only. Careful with all three bands on at same time.
Red band: 8 to 12 pounds
Blue band: 12 to 16 pounds
Black band: 16 to 20 pounds
These are same color and resistance as in Bodylastics or Prosource band sets.

Purchased these to use while doing P90X. They work very well until they snap and smack your hand. I've only used them for little over 4 months and the blue one broke on a fairly easy lift. I'm lucky it didn't smack me in my face.
Safe your money and buy yourself a set of adjustable weights.

Aged 64 with bad knees, back and other things, was looking for an affordable, easy to use exercise system with a DVD guide for beginners. Being 6'-3", I was looking for the longer length bands, and large soft handles along with a quick release for changing bands. This product has met all my expectations.
A surprise was the included DVD. Restricted on physical movement, I wanted something easy to use, with beginner exercises. this video did it all. A nice young lady with an easy going manner, takes one through all the exercises you can do with the bands. She consistently tells one how to not overdo it, and demonstrates those exercises for us with limited ability, but also shows advanced exercises.
I quickly built up a sweat. Although I wasn't able to do all the exercises, it gives me a place to start and I feel great, after only two sessions with these bands and the video. I would gladly have paid the price for just the video!

My wife and I started using P90X and wanted to get a couple sets of these resistance tubes. They work great for my wife, but because I require a lot more resistance, I used her heavy band along with mine. She currently uses the light(pink) band along with the medium(blue) band. While I was working out, one of the black (heavy) bands snapped. I returned my set and purchased the single heavy band and the extra heavy band. These are working fine for me right now. I would recommend them for light weight resistance, but if you are a serious lifter, spend a little more for the bigger bands.

All of Gold Gym's exercise bands are not recommended. I got the small bands and the large series. They snap after little use. If you want quality exercise bands look elsewhere.
