This belt is awesome and does exactly what it says it is meant for. I added the belt to my daily stair climbing exercise, and after two weeks I am seeing amazing results. I can wear more form-fitting shirts and not look pregnant. I have lost more than an inch off of my waist in under a month! I thought that such a feat short of surgery was impossible!
So if you're looking to trim your tummy on top of your exercise routine, I highly recommend this product. And the price is very good.

What more would you ask for in this low price?
The belt is of great help, but I have just had it for a week or so and wear it for 4-5 hours a day and I feel like it won't be good for long run. The material is not made to be used for a long time.
But who cares? Just buy another one again...

I am pleased. For $5 bucks I picked this up today in the Kearny NJ store. I used it immediately for my workout. It holds in everything as snug as you want it. I wrapped my mid section in plastic wrap first then the belt on top just to expedite my results because I have a two week goal. Yes, I did sweat! So afterwards I showered and put it back on for around the house and I plan to sleep in it. I tightened it another inch. It happens to be very comfortable. If you're sensitive to certain smells, just spray some air freshener on it. I had to do that. It does have an annoying rubber smell. If you don't plan on wearing all day, it may not necessary. So far I love it.

I read the reviews on this product and it was also recommended by a friend while we were working out. It really makes you sweat through your core while you are working out, which results in immediate inches lost. Its not a miracle worker and won't work if you are wearing it just to sit on the couch! Well worth the price.

A friend of mine recommended this to me a few months ago, recently I started working out again and I use this product! It definitely was worth every cent! It makes you sweat in the belly area!! my waist is smaller than my hips and it still fits very comfortable while working out.

The label stated "fits up to 50", but when I measured the belt, it is only 40" in length with no stretch to the material. I'm very disappointed.

Oh yeah....this trimmer belt really does it's job! Within minutes, whether exercising or doing housework, I am sweating profusely. The belt fits snugly & is very comfortable. My only complaint is the awful smell of rubber that lingers after taking it off. But if it will help shed the pounds & inches, I can live w/ the smell!!! Great accessory for exercising!

This waist trimmer really helps to melt off fat. Ive had mine for about two weeks now and Ive already lost a few inches from my waist. As soon as I take off my waist trimmer I feel slimmer. I have the entire assemble (arms, thighs, and waist) for this product. Shrinking down my belly has always been a tough area but with this product I have lost 2 inches of my waist in just one week without exercise. I just wore the product to work and while doing house. I took it off for bed time. This product helps me look slim and fit in my clothing; it's better than spanx. I know my results will improve greatly when I start running and I just can't wait. The water weight drops off quickly and stays off. I eat what I want in smaller portions and the weight is slowly coming off. I'm so happy with this product.
