I use these balls for students to sit on instead of chairs. They are very effective and I have used the same balls for 4 years. I keep adding to my supply as other teachers ask to use them.

Just wish they had the size of the ball chart ratio to pesons height/weight. Im 5'5" so im about 3 inches too tall for this product. oh well its not tooooo bad.

I ordered a 55" diameter exercise ball which is supposed to be the right size for my height (5'). It came with a plastic foot pump and it was easy to inflate. I was very pleased with it! The price was excellent at only $10 ship to store so no shipping cost. Highly recommended!

It relieves my back strain, I feel better just using it for a chair. It is wonderful for stretching so if you are thinking about getting one I say just do it. I love mind I don't think I will be without one in the future.

Have not used it a lot yet, but it seems fine. There is a stickiness to this as some others noted, but once inflated, mine cleaned right up with some Pledge multipurpose spray. It is not sitcky now. I have no idea how anyone could inflate this to the 55cm/22" size with the squeeze type pump provided. The pump is nearly useless. The hoses fall off both ends while pumping. I finally got out my power tire inflator that has a nozzle adapter for this type of inflation. I inflated mine to 22" pretty quickly.

This ball's material is stink and kind of sticky ... I believe it will collect the stuff of from the floor/carpet. So, I've already returned this item without using it ... not even pumped air in to it.

Mine was sticky too. Once inflated, I wiped it off with the spray Pledge multi purpose cleaner, and now it's fine.

Reason for purchase, my granddaughters were fighting over the 75cm ball which was too big for the 6 year old so I purchased a smaller one and they love bouncing on it. They claim that they like to watch tv while on it. It keeps them occupied and not fighting so who am I to argue.

With chronic back, neck and hip pain, use of an exercise ball was suggested to me by my physical therapist. This ball has really helped me immensely! It's easy to inflate, durable and doesn't lose air. The size is perfect for a short person. And the price is unbeatable!
