A very nice tv,

This is a great tv, it has all those input you may need. I have one receiver-amplifier onkyo, one vcr, one dvd player,one dock charger for iphone and one input for my pc media center and stil have hdmi inputs left. Te quality of the picture is awsome as well the sound, even without the theater speaker on. The price tag is kind of "above average", but the prouct is worth it, I got it thru website and delivered to "site to store", excellent service. I absolutly wold recommend this tv. I have 3 VIZIO tv on my house and so far so good, The brand on my personal experience it's a good one in the market. The only thing that I wished , is the price tag, I will be nice if it can be lees de $ 1,199.00 Anyway and very please with my purchase. The picture in picture feature works great and I use the tv as a as second pc monitor. Overall I'm very happy with the VIZIO 46" tv.

Worth it.,

It has now been a month since we got this TV and I must say it is great. This TV has more than enough HDMI, component and AV ports (plus 1 USB port)to meet everyday use. Picture quality was shown off once we switched over to HD channels. Sound quality is not bad either, we keep it at about 20 and with no kids or other sources of distraction this seems to work out pretty well for us. It is possible to raise the volume up to 100 if you think eardrums are something you really don't need. The remote that came with it was also pretty handy. It has everything laid out pretty plain and simple and you don't have to play the guessing game as to what button does what since it is a universal remote. The back of the TV is flat which made mounting it to the stand we got from Walmart also fairly easy. The initial startup setup on the unit itself took all of 1 minute and minor adjustments along the way fine tuned things up for maximum viewing pleasure. Using my XBOX360 on this set about made me shed a tear, once I figured out I had to set the Xboxs output to 1080p that is. Also when switching from TV viewing to gaming or any other function the unit keeps the setting for each function so you don't have to worry about settings between different media types. We also coupled this up with a Magnavox BluRay player from Walmart and enjoyed watching our current DVDs upscaled and a few new BluRay movies also. The bottom line is, I don't regret the purchase in any way and would recomend (I have) this product to others.

Great TV for an equally great price. Picture quality is outstanding. I have only used the HDMI inputs of which there are four, so I don't know about the components.

I really like the USB input. I can connect my camera and review pictures without using my PC. I can also load up a flash drive with pictures, video or music and play them on screen. The media interface is very easy to use. I didn't need to read the manual to operate.

The sound is pretty good. I am not as big on audio as some, but I like quality and I am happy with the sound. I have connected the audio output to my ILIVE audio box for enhanced audio. If I mute the TV and only listen to the ILIVE audio, I don't hear much of a drop-off in quality.

Spent awhile shopping around before I came to this TV. I have been very happy with it so far. It took a few days before DirectTV could come put in HD TV, worth the extra money. Also bought the BH&G Entertainment Center Hutch, it fits and looks great (only thing is that it does not come with screws to wall mount the TV inside of the hutch so you have to buy a couple of screws). When watching sports its even better than being court side, the colors are amazing. Decided on 240 Hz instead of 120 Hz, no "ghosts" or blurs in any shows or sports that come with a lower Hz. TV shows are great, it feels as though they are in the room with you. Again only if you have HD hook up. If not, the picture is very grainy. The remote that comes with the TV is universal and has all of the same controls as the DirectTV remote. My friend, that has the 42" Vizio, was jealous of the remote cause his came with a tiny channel/volume only remote. I was surprised at how happy my wife was with the TV. We have been telling all of our friends and family about it and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a better TV experience. But I would also recommend that with what ever TV you go with, get an HD cable/dish plan. You will be so happy you did.

had good luck with this tv so far. Don't buy for pip feature, unless you have digital tv service. that was our only disappointment in this product
good picture quality, no problems with initial setup
sound quality adequate. Working fine 6 mos into usage.

I bought my Vizio at the end of 07 before Wal-Mart started carring it. I got it strait from Vizio for just under $3000. When wally world started carring them 8 months later for $500 less i was bummed i didnt wait but those didnt have all the pre-connects mine had so i felt a bit better. Now this add is the exact tv i bought way back then. Ive had zero problems with mine with a surge protector on the power supply. I have dirty power where i live. When HDTV finnaly came to my area via Cable tv... WOW it was good before but now with HD, Its close to looking out a window to the action. Sports and Nascar have a wee little ghost trailing or jerkey look when there is alot going on in the picture. Otherwise if just a few colors and not the entire color spectrum being used for that one frame per milisecond it's flawless. I highly recomend this product and the company for going out and selling a great product cheaper than the other big box company's out there. Now im gonna get the 55"

great tv for the money,

We have had this tv only two weeks so I can't speak to reliability yet.............but..... this is a great TV. We love it.
