I ran out of my high end vitamin supplements about 2 months ago and noticed that I was so tired and listless. I could hardly function. Centrum silver for woman is quite the essential daily thing to do. As we age the medical profession recommends changing eating habits because when you were younger certain unhealthy foods didn't bother you, not that they were ok to eat. We are also told to limit our regular intake of foods. The more you eat the more pounds are put on. Taking centrum silver takes care of all your daily requirements and pays closer attention to the senior ladies nutrients as well, like calcium for healthy bones and eases up on the iron.

This product is great for me, although I thought the pill a bit bigger than the original Centrum. Even though the size was larger than I anticipated, I am still able to take them with lots of water. I have always taken Centrum and think that this product is a very good one for women!
