Got this system because it was clean, simple and easy to install. Tested everything before running the wires and hooking up the cameras. The system seemed to work fine and the video was good quality. Later in the same evening after hooking everything up the monitor started blinking in and out going to a blue screen. I would be entering set up information and the screen would just go blank and eveything I entered would be lost and I would have to start all over again. We checked all the connections and even tried resetting the system to factor defaults, checked plug connections, and tried a different surge protector. This would have been a nice system if it had worked properly. Customer service for the manufacturer is a joke. They are only available weekdays 9-5. I'm certainly not taking a day off to trouble shoot on the phone. After a wasted weekend and much frustration I've decided to return this product and purchase a different one from another company. Buyer beware. You might get one that works, or in my case you might not.

I've put in a few different stystem in the past and this was the easiest to install. Its a good little system and it works well, I can't ask for much more for the price.

Wow this system is great, considering the price point I was not sure how good the quality would be but I am impressed! I called the live customer support and they were really helpful in getting me set-up. Now I can check in on my kids, right from my blackberry! Its a great product and its not bulky!
