I ordered and returned this item twice (the first time from another vendor) because both of the tables were broken in various ways due to the poor packaging. I now have a sad little boy whose Christmas present was junk. Unless Harvard redesigns their packaging I will not buy this brand again.

This thing was easy to put together but if you expect cheap you will get it with this. We wanted to get them a "starter" one to see how they would take care of it. Our kids are 5 and 6 and this is a good and sturdy table for little kids. The only complaint we have is there in not enought air flow so the puck gets stuck in the middle of the table a lot and with little kids they can't reach far enough to get it.

We purchased this air hockey table through site-to-store. When we opened the box it came in we soon realized that this is a very "cheap" product. Also, there were parts of the air hockey table that were actually falling off (did not appear to be a shipping issue but, rather, an issue of poor quality). Needless to say, we returned the table to our local WalMart, which was the one positive experience. They took the table back and credited our credit card without any problems. The customer service cashier who did the return was polite and helpful.
