Great Product, but wrong picture on the site...

This is a good product (Wal-Mart does not have the correct picture posted on the website). The product does what it says and blocks some of the carbs, but you have to exercise and practice some portion control if you want to maintain or continue to lose weight. I spent the last year exercising at least 4 times a day, taking some diet pills, eliminated soda, other sugary drinks, and starches (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice) from my diet and I was able to slowly lose about 15 pounds. In Iraq that works because of the controlled environment. When I returned home and started cooking for myself and my family again it became a little more difficult to eliminate the starches completely. I learned over the last year that when I consume starches, I can literally watch the weight gain over the next few days and the starches also makes me feel lethargic. This product allows me to eat reasonable portions of starches without gaining weight. Since I can only take this twice a day, I plan when I will eat starches, usually at breakfast and dinner. During the other meals, I make an effort to eat things that do not contain starches. I continue to exercise daily whenever I can and I still do not drink sodas and other sugary products...also do not forget about portion control. Wal-Mart's price is great compared to other places that sell this product. Good Luck!

Wrong pic.. same company but titled Carb Blockers

They work... whenever I'm going to go have a nice big bagel or pasta, reach for the Natrol Carb blockers and two hours later, hungry again. Most (but not ALL) of the carbs are blocked (THESE CAPSULES DO NOT BLOCK FAT - as one comment said, but Alli will do that).

Yes, great product, WRONG picture!

I've used Carb Intercept for over 5 years, and it does control the carb digestion. I can tell the difference when I eat heavy carbs if I take this product: I don't get hungry for at least 4 to 5 hours afterward, unlike if I don't take it, (2-3 hrs). I don't use this daily, just when we go out for heavy carb dinners (pasta, rice, etc). But I do have a bottle at home and another at work. I can eat guilt-free Panda Express!
