Use the capsules instead of the caplets. The caplets are way too strong and may cause problems. My mother took half of one and had nothing but problems.

I learned some time ago after a 'bout with anti-biotics that I SHOULD have had these on hand. Anti-biotics destroy bad bacteria, but also take out good bacteria. This product puts all of the good bacteria where it belongs and keeps the balance! This product is great! The price is fair, and you don't have to worry about shoveling yogurt down in huge quantities. (Love yogurt, but do NOT want to eat a whole quart of it)
I would recommend anyone having to be on a anti-biotic regimen to consider this product. It is also good for everyday use!

I have been taking these for approximately 3 weeks and I have noticed a diiference. The usual lower stomach aches and pains have stopped. No more noises and a lot less gas. I will stay on them.
