This coconut oil is amazing. I use it as a deep condtioner on the ends of my hair, deep moisturizing treatment for my face(I have dry skin), & also on my lips at night, & as an eyelash moisturizer/enhancer...& the smell...OMGOSH! I just wanna eat it! Alot of product for a little money, and it goes a very long way!

Ahhhhh the smell is real coconut, no imitation!, I purchased the oil to use as a base oil in my homemade sugar scrubs and I must say the smell is perfect not over powering just the right amount, at first I wasn't too happy when I saw the price but the coconut oil has soooo many uses sugar scrubs, skin/hair oil, its healthier than butter/margarine. Does come solid but if you put it in a bath of hot water from the tap or in the microwave for a few seconds at a time it melts down nicely.

I just bought this 2 days ago to cook with for health benefits since my husband has high cholestrol and blood pressure, as well as apply to my skin and my newborns'. I wanted to try coconut oil on myself first before I used it on a newborn baby. So far, I have had amazing results! This product smells just like coconuts. I've been using it on my super dry, cracked hand and its already almost healed when no other lotions would give me these amazing results! I've even been putting it on my old and brand new stretch marks and the redness is already fading after 2 days! Since this has no added chemicals, its perfectly safe to use on a newborn or any sensitive skin. Highly recommended!!!! I wish Wal-Mart would sell a larger tub of this exact product because I would buy it immediately.

I bought this the first time at a walmart store. When I went back they didn't have it anymore..I was so glad I was able to order this on line.. I use this on my face and body for my dry skin. I also give a teaspone to my dogs for a shine on their coats. I love the smell . It is solid when cold out, but warm weather makes it more runny. The solid melts as soon as you put in your hand. No need to refriderate..

i've yet to purchase this particular item because I recommend natural organic coconut oil (the kind you cook with) for hair and skin (body use). ... so I am wondering why the high price. ... I'll check it out and see what the scoop is. Else I'll return to my grocery store bought brand.
