I love this product and always keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet. This is what I used when I start my cycle and it helps when I'm really bloated and the water weight that I gain. I tried midol but this works way better for me.

What more can you ask for? I have been using this product for years...my mother used to keep it in the house. I have never used it for an extended period of time, just a few days at a time but to help get rid of excess water before periods and right after childbirth it worked wonders.
