I was looking to upgrade my old MP3 Player from a 1gb to at least a 2gb. I just never imagined buying an 8gb. When I bought my MP3 Player I loved it from the get go. It's alot better then my old one. The charges last a good while on a single charge. The sound quality is great. While it charges on my laptop I put more music on it and there is still room to put even more music on it. I would highly recommend anyone get this MP3 Player. I think you will love it as much as I do.

Yeah I said it, its better then an ipod. Cheaper, more room, better value, great sound, easy, and overall amazing. The only bad thing about it is that it gets little scratches easily, and it also seems to attract dust. If Sony fixed these minor details, this would easily be able to outsell the ipod if this MP3 player got the credit it deserves, and became popular, and despite these flaws I highly recommend this over an ipod any day, and also, the head phones they include are loud, but good luck keeping them in...just buy new head phones, or deal with it.

I am very active and I wanted something simple to store and play my music for my workouts. Simple software, easy music imports, quick and easy to download music off the web. I have pics and videos stored on my walkman as well. Didn't care much for the ear buds. Purchased seperate sony sport headphones. I'm all about simple and no fuss. This product is awesome!!!

Just got my sony mp3 player tonight.I never had an mp3 player before and did not know how hard it would be to download music to it.Read allot of reviews for all other players and it all was allot of confusion on how to do it(if you use players software or not).Let me tell you,if you have windows media player and you have your songs on a play list do not even bother with using software just plug the player in with usb cord and copy it to mp3 player,so easy.By the time i opened it to the time i had my songs on it was about 7 minutes.I am no computer guy and i just wanted to have all of my music on something and this player did for me.

My mom suggested this to me. It has good battery life, but video takes a lot of battery. Volume can get very loud if you want it to. It also charges very quickly and can hold a lot of songs. I reccomend it!

I like the product. I use it while I’m exercising. The only problem with this item is the head phones. If you’re using them to set at a desk there fine, but if you want to move around, the ear phones continually fall out of your ears. Once I bought a different set I’m very satisfied.

This is my first mp3 player purchase after checking out the competition I think I hit the jackpot! This is so easy to use, I really like the click and drag feature, and also like that the pictures downloaded into it are very clear. It came with a 14 day free unlimited download from Napster but it is not clear how to navigate in Napster to do the download. On the second day I tried Napster again and it was indicated that the "promo code being used has already been redeemed." I'll keep trying that but absolutely love this mp3 player, it is very user friendly and just the right size.

I purchased this MP3 player for my son. It is a very nice item, well made, attractive and he likes it very much. the problem comes with loading content onto the MP3 player. the instructions included are not clear and are quite confusing. I am not electronically minded I guess because I cannot seem to load anything on this darn thing! I will have to get someone to show me how as the included instructions were about as clear as mud.

It's amazing that after all these years, the Sony Walkman is still a great product! Now as an MP3 player. I found it super easy to download songs for my two boys. It was a late Christmas present for them, after I returned a set of MP3 players I purchased online. These are very user friendly and require little technical experience. The user guide is built in the player and once connected to your PC or laptop is very easy to navigate. My 11 year old twin boys had no problem surfing thru the applications and enjoying the music. I would certainly recommend this product for it's ease of use and very reasonable price! A nice alternative to the Ipod don't want to spend that much money.

I love this MP3 player,but it has its flaws. The good: Great quality Nice Screen Glossy body Easy to navigate Good user interface
The Bad: Doesn't support audio books Can't delete anything directly from the player;you must rely on a computer Gets scratched up very easily.I notice new scratches on the body and/or the screen nearly everyday.I've had it for less than a month,and it already looks like I've owned it for years.
I would have given this product if it weren't so prone to scratches.I really hate when my screen gets scratched up.I've had my PSP for 4 years now,and it barely has any scratches.
