I love this game! It is so effective. It is great for beginner exercisers and for those needing the motivation and their own personal trainer to help them.
I love how Jillian talks to you with motivation and what you need to do.
Completely meets my expectations, although there is not many exercises to do but the ones on the game are totally effective.
I love how you can choose your own routine such as one for lazy days and such.

I really like this game it's really good for when you are out of town and you don't want to go to the nasty hotel gyms you can workout in your room. And you don't have to pay to have a membership at the gym. I love it!!

I was wondering how a ds game was going to be a workout tool before I ordered this. When I got it, I played around with it to see what all the features were. I was pleasantly surprised...the Jillian avatar does the exercises with you and talks you through it. I am very happy with this purchase!

I wanted this game 1. to hear Jillian's voice to kick me into gear but 2. to travel with. There are times when I go out of town and don't have access to my workout equipment, this is a good way to do strength or cardio on the go. There are demonstrations of the moves so you don't feel like it's above you. Great value for the game! Love it!
