not enough instructions given to set it up. there was only one page and it didn't provide any troubleshooting for the actual product. i wouldn't recommend this product unless you have a firm understanding of how to set things up.

This camera is super. I like the lights that are adjustable so you always have enough light for pictures or video. It's easy to use and the built in mic is awesome. I am enjoying using it for Skype and recording video for Youtube etc.

the camera is a pain to install and adjust the settings but the worst part is that the camera freezes and the image quality is very blurry but the microphone its very good.

Good $20 camera. It does its job. Its good in dark rooms thanks to the little lights it has. The only problem its that the CD software does not work (I dont know if its probably my computer), but you still can use the camera. I dont know how long it's gonna last because I just got it. I recommend it if you want to get something cheap and still usefull.

We purchased 5 of these to give to our children for Christmas to keep in touch with the Grandchildren. The setup was very difficult to understand. Would have appreciated better step by step directions. The picture quality was fair, but the picture sometimes worked, sometimes did not. ONe of the the units was totally defective and very fuzzy and the sound was like you were talking in a tunnel. Don't recommend this at all. Took them all back.

picture good but no sound. bought as had built in microphone, yet voice doesn't carry to receiver of picture. unable to download disk that came with product, as it won't fit cd disc loader in my desktop. probably will only fit computer with a small disk loader.

Since I have an old fashioned laptop with no built-in video camera, this little web cam satisfies my need to see my Grandson more often. It was easy to install and use, even for a tech-impaired person like me.

This is a very low cost webcam, but it does exactly what it says on the tin! Didn't need any driver and so it set itself up on my laptop without any help from me. Excellent as an entry-level Skype tool. The lens does focus if you twist it. The clip is strong. Seems perfectly solid and well built.

I was looking for a simple webcam that did not need drivers. This webcam is advertised as "Plug-N-Play" here on Walmart's website and on the manufacturer's website. When I got it home, I found it came with drivers and the instructions said the drivers must be installed for the webcam to work. I emailed the manufacturer and they confirmed that drivers are needed. I do not know how the webcam functions because I felt mislead and thus returned the product for a refund. So if you are looking to purchase this product, buyer beware!

I use this webcam all the time to talk to my fiance in Iraq... The little lights help a lot when he call in the middle of the night and I dont want to turn the lights on. Its great.
