I bought this about 2weeks ago only because my maybeline foundation 24hr I've worn for years was out of stock at the store and I was almost on empty....
So many people have raved about it so I figured I would try it, it get it and try it a few days later....it was so watery when i poured it out. And when I put it on my face it made my face look more oily then ever.
Mind you I have oily skin. Maybe the one for oily skin is different ( I don't know) but none the less I tried working it in and just set it with a powder like I normally do. I wasn't please with how this product at all.
So I went back to the maybeline f. well then I ran out and tried this product.
My mom suggested shaking it up well that didn't work it still was very liquidy and made my face look very oily.
I maybe had one good day with this product were it didn't come out extremely watery. But other then that It was very disappointing.
So I went out and got my lovely maybeline foundation and the new covergirl 3 in 1 which I love.
So many people have raved about it so I figured I would try it, it get it and try it a few days later....it was so watery when i poured it out. And when I put it on my face it made my face look more oily then ever.

I love this foundation! I know it feels a little heavy on the skin, but if you don't have the perfect summer skin & need a little coverage, this is it! I love wearing this in the summer bc it's waterproof! I wear it to the lake, beach, & riding jet skies. The foundation stays on. I love the Colorstay Whipped formula as well. I haven't tested it in the waters, but once I do, I'll definitely write a review. I have bought this product twice already & will be purchasing my 3rd bottle soon. Definitely recommend!

I'm over 40 & have very oily skin (just not fair!#. I loved Bare Minerals for years, but as often happens, your skin adjusts to a formula and you need to change. I've used this for months, WITH A DAMP COSMETIC SPONGE WEDGE and find it's easy to apply & blend. The damp sponge allows for a more sheer coverage or you can build up coverage as needed #meaning apply a little more). Be gentle with the sponge, no need to rub, just blend well. When finished, blend your jawline down into your neck to avoid an unnatural line. This lasts all day & with very little oil shining through even after 10 hours--great for oily skin! If you need to blot during the day, BLOT don't rub. This is a long wearing foundation, so you MUST remove with a makeup remover or else cleanse twice with a good cleanser for your skin type #it should say that it removes makeup on the bottle#. Cleanse once to remove makeup; cleanse a 2nd time to actually clean your skin. If you're using quality cleansers, it won't strip your skin. You may find you can use a hydrating cleanser for combination skin first, then your Acne/Oily skin treatment cleanser for the 2nd wash. In the AM you only need cleanse once #no makeup).

This foundation works great! I was a little hesitant to buy it just because I never used Revlon products before but i saw so many good reviews on it, i just had to try it. I have oily skin that breaks out easily from some products. This product does not make me break out at all and it really does stay on for as long as it says it does. The only cons i have is that i use the lightest shade Revlon has and its still a little dark for me, and the foundation dries very fast, so you have to do small sections at a time. Or else, it will look cakey and unnatural. Other than that, i love this product :)

WORST FOUNDATION EVER!!!!

I had used this foundation once before a little over a year ago and I liked it. So recently I went out to try it again and let me tell you, BIG MISTAKE!!!! A minute after I put this on my face became very itchy and red. So I took it off and my face broke out in a HUGE rash!!! I am very disappointed with this product and will never purchase it again.

I love this stuff! I've completely stopped tanning, and noticed the mineral foundations weren't giving me as much coverage as I needed, being so much paler than normal. When I did have more color, I was using Aveda Inner Light, and Bare Escentuals, which I loved for my combination/oily skin. I decided to try a liquid foundation with my lighter skin to get more coverage. I splurged on MAC products, which completely melted off my face, and didn't last. Other foundations just plain don't last. This is fantastic. Super full-coverage, lightweight, waterproof, lasts ALL day & does not make me shiny, in the least. This will be my 'go to' foundation from now on. Now, if I could just find a concealer that I love as much! :)

I an extreamly white. The lightest where i come from is probobly one shade to dark but this is the best product i have ever used. I have the most oily skin ever with losts of redness. This is a full coverage that does not smuge sweat off or move. If you have oily skin and use monistat anti chafing cream and the photo ready revlon powder it works perfect all day even the humid days i only use half a blotting pad. I brake out very easy and have allergy skin. This does not itch or brake me out. I use witches hasle before and after to make sure the make up is all off and my face is bacteria free before.

My first week using this and I liked the coverage but can cake very easily. Two weeks in my face developed HUGE zits, the kind that are just huge and will not pop. I do not have acne nor have I ever had acne but now I DO ALL OVER MY FACE AND CHEST!!! I am so mad at Revlon right now I can't see straight. At the two week mark I thought maybe it could be my hormones so I continued to use this. I don't wear make up everyday only 4 days a week and I wash my face every night and still HUGE ZITS! I also have these tiny zits with big ones all over my chest and face. When I buy makeup I expect it to be good for my skin not mess it up. These zits could scar my face. I am NEVER EVER going to use Revlon products again.

PERFECT BEAUTIFUL COVERAGE! I have been using revlon colorstay makeup for over 2 yrs and it is the only foundation that i've used that offers 100% coverage and it stays perfect all day long! I work 10-12 hr shifts and never have to touch it up! I am absolutely in love w/ both golden carmel and natural tan shades!

This didn't stay on for long at all. I paired it with a matte powder to set it, and it came off after a few hours. It's so hard to find your exact color. Ivory was too light, buff beige was a bit too dark, and medium beige and nude were WAY too dark. I'm trying Covergirl Advanced Radiance liquid foundation now, and it works so much better.

I used this foundation every now and then, it is comparable to Bobbi Brown
however i fancy my bobbi brown one a lot more. Revlon colorstay caused minor break outs
the first week, it didnt leave me oily until 2-4 hours after applying it however i do live in malibu
so it does get rather hot here so 2-4 hours is pretty good! A lot of coverage in this foundation which i didnt like. It also can feel heavy if you use a sponge, so i'd rather use a brush with a light hand. It does even out skin tone and take out redness. For 9 bucks it's not bad at all! (: P.S. after 30 minutes the color does change, however that is normal for a lot of foundations so be careful not to look like a orange! (the less you put on the better)

A great foundation for oily skin

I have very oily skin and this was a reason why I quit wearing foundation years ago. I didn't like that oily-shiny grease ball look that was obvious you were wearing make-up, so I quit the foundation. Now that I am 28 years, I have decided to do some searching for what the best is out there these days. I have seen the most reviews were good on revlon foundation so I tried this. I am 3 days in and I'm loving it. No oily-shiny appearance, has a matte finish, doesn't break me out (I break out easy with products on my skin) and it stays all day...seriously. I wash my face, put on my Cetaphil Oil Control Moisturizer, and this foundation. It can seem a hair bit shinier at the end of that day, but that is 10 hours later and it still looks natural. Start with a thin-light layer and slowly add until you get your desired coverage. This will prevent the cakey-look. I can not feel this on my face which is a plus because feeling something on my face annoys me ( I put 2-3 layers on). You can't tell I'm wearing make-up. Blending is easy. This is my go-to foundation! I recommend you try it.

I am so glad I decided to try this foundation! I have extremely oily skin; my makeup usually melts off within an hour after showering and washing my face. I noticed other reviews said this foundation is very "dry" which makes it hard to blend, but for people with oily skin, wet foundations make us look even more oily! I find that this foundation alone covers nicely and gives a powdery flawless look (even before applying powder) WITHOUT looking cakey. However, I always use the matching pressed powder, which also works well, to set my foundation. The combination of both the liquid foundation and the pressed powder feels light on your skin, gives a very matte finish, and stays on and looking great almost all day! What more could you ask for?

I put this on at 7am. Traveled 4 hours. Checked into a hotel where i took my kids swimming, I did go under water. When i went up to room, my make up hadn't even moved! No this is not water proof but it was really good at staying put. No cakeness either!

I just love this foundation, I feel like it's kept it's promise to be long lasting foundation. It was really easy to apply, but once it's set's it's kind of hard to move it, just have to work with a cosmetic sponge after you apply it to spread it evenly on your face. I used to use MAC foundation before, and some other high end foundation, and this one is even better one.
