It looks so nice once done. Does take some time to put it together about 2 hours alone). Only complaint is that it tells you to put on the slats before the ladder in the top bunk, but then you have to remove 2 of them to screw in the ladder. Otherwise my girls love it. I love the color. Does show up scratches more than light wood. Perfect fit!

Much more beautiful then i thought the wood would be when i opened the package, very easy to put together (did it without "Mr. Handyman himself). So easy my 4 and 2 yr old helped me a little bit. Very sturdy and all pieces were there that i needed to put them together. I opted for the 2 seperate beds, but seems like it would be just as simple to put the two beds on top of eachother! Twin matress fits absolutely perfect, a little high off the floor, but i think that is better as you can vacume and clean under them without even moving the beds. Have told lots of co workers who are looking for a good set of bunk beds!

This set of bunk beds is very sharp looking in our boy's blue bedroom. The only drawback to this set was the annoying stickers that were hard to remove from the wood after assembly. Other than that the bunk beds are sturdy and very handsome. Great price and quality. I highly recommend!

We love the bunkbeds, but they take lots of space and a good bit of time to assemble - get ready to become best friends with an allen wrench. I got down to the last 2 long bolts without any problems, but the next to last bolt was warped. I rounded out the included Allen wrench, but had my own. Took forever to get that bolt in.. then most of the bolts for the ladder were a problem too - but I didn't encounter any other assembly problems. Note: a drill w/ a screwdriver bit made installing the slats go by much faster. The finished product is beautiful and sturdy. My daughter weighs 130 lbs and sleeps on the top bunk without any worries. We love it!

These bunk beds are exactly as described, excellent quality, fabulous price, easy to assemble, did it by myself (all except lifting the top bunk onto the bottom one), and the ship to site worked great! Follow the directions carefully and make certain you have the sides where the ladder attaches aligned correctly when placing the bunks atop one another. If you are looking for bunk beds this is the way to go.

These bunk bedds were incredibly easy to put together as long as you have 2 people working on them. My husband and I had them put together in 2 hours. The quality is way more than I was expecting and they look so nice. Over all I am very pleased with this product!

I purchesed this product from Siite-to-Store and when I finally recieved it, I had THREE wrong pieces, I contacted the maufacturer and they sent me THREE MORE WRONG PIECES!!! I have just requested the correct pieces AGAIN and I hope that it doesn't take long to get them and I hope that my detailed email will ensure that I get the correct pieces. The wood is not very durable and very soft, but it is a pretty color and would be a great deal if I hadn't had such a hard time getting the correct pieces. Hope that everyone else has a better experience with their purchase.

This is a beautiful and inexpensive bed. My son did break one of the slats within a few days, but he is an extremely hyperactive 7-year-old with autism. Nothing a piece of plywood can't fix. That is why I bought this bed. It was cheap, and we now have an extra for backup, although I think this one will finally last a while before needing the other. Other than the slats, the frame is sturdy, and I love the dark color. Very easy to assemble, although I do build for a living, but it took about 20 minutes. My son loves it as well.

The sturdiest bunk beds ever. Even if you paid alot more, I don't think you could find one more secure and sturdy. My husband and I both climbed onto the top bunk. Didn't take long to put together (less than 3 hours with one person).AND these bunkbeds are beautiful.

We have only had this for a few weeks but my boys absolutely love it. We got the wrong mattresses for it so my husband cut some particle board to go on top of the slats so the mattresses wouldnt fall through and its working great. I love the color too.

Both of my girls loves this bed I have a 9 year old and a 7 year old. I love the color it is the best. It takes a while to put together, it took me around 2 hours or a little longer to put together but I think if you have help it will go alot smoother... I love dark furniture and was excited to see this for such a good price. It looks good. My only complaint was there was a defective post that came with it. It took over 2 months for them to send me the part because it was on back order. So for 2 months only the first level was up. But now its complete and looks nice.

We purchased this bunk set after researching many different brands and most at much higher price tags. Walmart's site to store shipping was easy and free, loved that! Then putting the bunks together went very well. The holes match up well and instructions were very easy to follow per my husband who prefers to not look at instructions! The bunks are very solid to the feel, look like higher quality than you'd guess for this price and my boys love them! We have an 8 yr old on top and 4 1/2 yr old on bottom and they are both comfortable. The top bunk is not so high that they are nose to the ceiling yet head room for bottom bunk is sufficient as well.We are very happy with our purchase just wish there was a nightstand to go with it!

We just purchased these bunk beds for our boys--ages 3 and 6. They are very sturdy and look great! I love the color even more in person! It did take a lot of time to assemble the beds, but wasn't hard to do--just a lot of steps.
The only thing really irritating me about it is trying to get the stickers off that label each piece!!! They don't come off easily. I'd also prefer to have a solid bottom as opposed to slats, but it works.
My boys are loving these bunk beds, and we are very happy with them!
