This is not a mattress pad, it's a mattress. I don't have a baby yet, but I bought it in preparation for one. So I haven't actually used it, but it seems to be soft but firm enough so that your kid wont' suffocate. It did not come folded in half (as some reviewers had happen), but was flat, in a box its size. Swift delivery, good product.

This mattress fits a mini/portable crib perfectly.
I got the crib for visiting grandchild but it came with a cheap thin pad.
I also got some mini crib sheets and the whole set-up is perfect.

This mattress is supposed to fit the Graco Pack N Play but there is a large gap on the sides.
Therefore, I can't use it for my baby grandson. It seems to be good quality but I feel I was
mislead by the reviews. It just doesn't fit properly. Will have to return it to the store.

This crib mattress measures approximately 38” x 24” x 2.5” and should not be used with any portable cribs with inside dimensions larger than 24.5” W x 38.5” L. We hope this information helps. I didn't realize a mattress like this was around. Found it looking around on Walmart's site.
It fits my portable crib and my son's pack and play perfectly. I had bought two. It is much
more comfortable that the hard ones they came with! I would highly recommend this product!

Bought this to fit in my Evenflo playpen and so far it is great. It fits in the playpen perfectly. While the baby has not used it yet, it seems ok so far . For the record, I got the Garanimals playpen sheet to go with this product!

The mattress is really comfy.. I needed an play pen and my two older boys never would sleep in one.. so With my eight month old I wanted to try the mattress with it... We travel in an rv and he had been sleeping next to our bed on a spot we made on the floor.. but now he is older I didnt want him getting into stuff so we bought the play pen.. he went from up 2-4 times anight to he is only up once a night... So mattress has been a life saver to my sleep.. My only complaints is that this mattress is sold to go into pack in plays but the mattress has a big tag on it saying DO NOT PUT IN ANY MESH SIDED PLAY YARD OR PROTABLE CRIB.. So this makes me wander what this mattress is made for.. and the mattress is not quite wide enought for the pack in play its about 2-3 inches too skinny.. the lenght is fine...

This mattress is great for my 7 month old. The only downside is that it doesn't completely fit in the playpen and he slides through the cracks. You have to position it in the middle evenly. Other than that it is great.

I looked all over for a playpen mattress and Walmart had the exact one I needed. The quality and the thickness of the mattress was perfect. Getting the mattress through a walmarft store of my choice was made the process very easy., plus the matreess arrived a day earlier than expected. Thank you walmart you saved me.

First, Kolcraft seems to be confused when it comes to mattresses and mattress pads. This is a MATTRESS, NOT a mattress pad. It fits my daughter's mini-crib perfectly. The mini-crib came with a 1 inch thick piece of foam (you can't really call it a mattress). When I first ordered the mattress it got "lost in transit" during delivery (FedEx's fault, NOT Wal-Mart's fault). Wal-Mart quickly replaced it once I realized the original would never show up...I still have to wonder who is using the first mattress :)

I bought this for a pack and play I already had which only came with a thin pad. A friend was visiting with her 18 month old daughter for a few nights. This mattress fit perfectly in the pack and play and was very comfortable we think since the baby slept well on it. Good quality for the price.
