The As Seen on TV AB Circle Pro Machine gets you off the ground and targets your entire core for a firmer, flatter stomach. It is a fun and easy to use trainer. The exercise machine works like a treadmill for your abs. This trainer is great for those who would like to get flatter and firmer abs without having to do crunches and sit ups. The ab workout machine works on your upper, middle and lower abs, giving your entire core a thorough workout that burns away stomach fat in one simple motion. I haven't had it very long and have already lost two notches in my belt, also it has strengthen the muscles in my lumbar, I've had less back pain.

I like the way it really works the abs...the only thing I dont like is that it leaves bruises on my knees...padding isn't thebgreatest.

A very bad purchase, I would not recommed this at all, no value absolutely for the price. Very poor grip, heavy, uncomfortable to work!

Hard on the knees, but other than that fun to do while watching TV, easy to put together and worth the value, you definitely feel the burn in the thighs after like a day or 2 works out muscles that I had not worked out in a while.... Can't wait to keep on loosing weight

The idea is great, you can feel it in your abs, however, I have a hard time making it work. Maybe I am too old for it. It would be very good for a younger person in better shape than I am.

I am very pleased with this product and what I paid for it. Having originally been priced at nearly $200 in Dick's Sporting Goods - and getting the identical product at Walmart for $30 was a great deal. I use the Ab Circle 2-3 x week and have noticed a difference in my core / abs.

I really read up on this product for weeks before buying it. I was hoping it worked as well as some people said and it looked like a fun way to get in shape. I would suggest, like many people have said, to buy it from a place like Walmart.com because if it doesn't work you can always return it to the store and not worry about paying a small fortune for shipping. It only cost me $5 to have it shipped from Walmart.com and it arrived in only 4 or 5 days.
The machine was easy to put together...not much assembly at all. No tools are needed...they provide everything you need. Before I used it I put some Vaseline on the rollers (just in case) to help it glide with ease. It took a few minutes to get used to it but after that it was very easy to use. I did notice the first few times I used it my knees hurt because the pads didn't feel completely comfortable. I guess my knees have toughened up because they don't hurt anymore. I don't weigh much either...only about 135...but my knees still hurt a little even with sweatpants on the first few times.
As far as results go, I have noticed I'm a little smaller in the waist and my jeans feel more comfortable. The first few times I worked out I felt it the next day. I've had it a little more than a week and I'm not feeling any pain from the workout. It really hasn't been long enough to see better results but I am going to keep going with this machine because I'm hopeful it will give me the results I want. I do have to say that I work out on this machine about 30 minutes each time. I watch tv while I use it so the time passes quickly. I wish I could write this a month from now because I'd be able to give a better opinion but Walmart sent me this email...lol. Good luck to whoever buys it. Keep going with it...if you give up too soon...it definitely won't work! :)

I got the whole family involved to exercise daily. I placed the abs circle pro in the middle of our living room. We all take our turns while watching tv. Though it hurts kneeling.... I think it's a great piece of equipment to use to lose beer belly.

This is my 2nd machine, and the redesign addresses some of the issues I experienced with previous Ab Circles. Also, the lower price really adds to the value. Great workout! This is one of the most effective work out machines I've ever used.

It looks strong enough, I've been using it every day for 3 min and I'm 160 lbs and it still working really well. Not sure if I'll be losing any weight with it but at least I think it will help me recover a little bit of my waist. My husband has tried it a few times and he's 260 lbs. Definitely worth way more than what I paid for it. :)

The only one complaint I have is the place where you put your knees makes them very sore! But if you work thru it this machine is great!! ( Alittle noisy but with a little wd40 spray all is good) It really works your works your stomach...im even starting to see my six pack developing! But still have a long way to go...might even get the proform ab glider and see what muscles I can change with that! I sure am loving my developing new body...am sure glad I found a machine I enjoy getting on!!
