I like using glass instead of plastic for storage/microwaving of my food, and these fit that bill nicely. However, the product info says they stack, and they do; they just don't UN-stack real well---the taper is such that they stick together quite firmly. So I will be putting a paper towel between each in storage...

It has been the BEST invention Pyrex has came up with. Ever since I discovered them; I've NOT gone back to use plastic containers ANYMORE! I love Pyrex, and I will stay with this kind of containers for ever...it's a great and healthy way to store your food away. I love them? :)

I finally was able to purchase my Pyrex storage set, definitely better than plastic storage because they will never loose shape or discolor upon numerous usage and storage like pasta with tomato sauce! My brother loves using the smaller bowls to eat cereal in the morning which is great!

The sizes of the bowls are perfect. The lids are tight and may take a little effort at first but I followed the advise of another reviewer and "walked" the lid around the edge and then "burped" the lid and it was perfect. I like that I can see what is stored when I look in the fridge and they stack perfect. Caught these for a rollback price so all around I am very pleased.

Bought these to satisfy hubby's complaint about storing food in the refrigerator. Now he can see WHAT IS INSIDE EACH GLASS STORAGE PIECE. I bought a set of rectangle ones too. I can wash them in dishwasher and use them in micro as well. Thanks for making life a bit less complicated.

It was a little deceiving because the add didn't have the specifics of what was in the package. I thought there would be 2 each of the 2 bigger sizes, but there was only one. So I had to still go out and by individual containers at Target!

Switch to glass & get rid of your plastic junk

We got rid of all of our plastic food storage containers and switched to Pyrex glass with BPA free lids. We've been using them exclusively and heavily for about six months now. The are of very good quality, thick walled glass, and the lids fit snug. I was reluctant to put lids in the dishwasher, but inevitably we did. They are holding up wonderfully washed on the top rack. These are also nice because when filled with food and placed in the refrigerator, you can see what is inside and remember to use or toss more frequently. Feels safer, more orderly and generally cleaner than plastic...and MUCH cheaper that snap or glass-lock styles. We bought a couple sets of these Pyrex and don't regret the investment at all!

I love the Pyrex glass storage pieces. I looked and comapred prices and Walmart had the best anyplace! This is great stuff vs. the plastic storage pieces that are unhealthy and hard to clean as well. People speak of the lids being difficult to put on, but it just takes a little elbow grease and I like that about them as well... Highly recommend!

I have several of these sets. They are ecellent for storage and freezing. They stack well when not in use. Unlike their plastic counterpars they don't crack after freezing several times. Can go from freezer to micro with no problem. I would recommend these to anyone looking for excellent storage containers.

Product is typical pyrex. THe smaller lids were too small when first opened, couldnt get them over the bowl, however, there is a tip on line that sugguest you soak in highly warm water, then place over bowl and let the lid cool.. That worked, and they fit perfectly now. I only wish there were color choices in the lids.

These are solid and well made and very useful. I shall use them, daily. The only problem, I see is that the instructions are confusing in stating it should be used in a preheated oven, because
of the extreme temperature change, and that makes no sense to me. Also, it does not give any
limit to the oven temperature, and I do not know if it can be taken for granted, that food can be
broiled in these or not. However, overall, I am pleased with this purchase.
