This mattress pad is very comfortable, it has a very snug fit so it doesn't bunch under the sheets. It does however have very delicate material that makes up the sides and I can see small separations from putting it on the mattress. The sides should be made of a more durable fabric. Not sure how long it will last and I am afraid to wash it, I'm guessing it will shrink a bit and I am going to have to pull the sides without tearing or ripping them. It makes my mattress feel brand new.

This is a very nice mattress pad for the money. I recently bought a new cushion firm mattress and it felt like sleeping on a board to me...I purchased this to soften it up...which it did make my hard bed more comfortable then without...however it wasn't as soft as I wanted, so I did end up purchasing another thicker mattress pad ( Magic Loft Mattress Topper; Size: King) from walmart.com which I put underneath this one and the combination of both made my concrete bed very comfy.

I bought this Beautyrest Hotel Luxury Pillow Top Mattress Pad and the Beautyrest Mattress Makeover Mattress Pad. I bought them for a brand new, firm mattress that I wanted to add some plush comfort to. Together they are, indeed, very nice. However, after putting on just the Makeover Mattress Pad first and testing it out by itself, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. It is a substantial piece, very cushiony, and I love the fabric on top. In my opinion, this Beautyrest Hotel Luxury Pillow Top Mattress Pad is not a true luxury mattress pad, and I recommend the Beautyrest Mattress Makeover Mattress Pad over this one. This is made in the USA, like the other one, but it does not have a 5 year warantee. It is not really very lofty or as plush/cushiony as I wished it would have been. However, the other one (Beautyrest Mattress Makeover Mattress Pad) made up for it completely! If I were going to make another purchase, I would absolutely buy the Beautyrest Mattress Makeover Mattress Pad and not this one.

I've had this for over a year now (closer to 2) and still love it. I have a plush bed and this makes me feel like I have a pillow top on my bed. It has put up with weekly washings and is still in excellent shape. I'm buying another just to have a spare if I don't have time to wash every week. It fits my 2 year old beauty rest bed very well and the elastic sides (it is almost like fabric with elastic in it) have not shrunk or torn. The sides are long enough to tuck under my mattress and are easy to pull around the bed. I have to say that this is one of my better buys. It is very comfortable!

I absolutely love my Beautyrest mattress pad, I already was in love with my new pillow-top-firm mattress on its own. When I put my mattress pad on it I fell deeper in love and it's hard to exit my bed, no kidding. I have a King size bed and I'm able to stretch out in any direction and feel the super comfy support of the mattress pad caressing me over every inch of my body. I love that!! Unfortunately, there was a small tear in the bottom left corner at the top near the padding :( I'll be returning it, get the credit and purchasing the exact same Beautyrest mattress pad again, oh yes!! I'm looking forward to receiving it so I may put it on my bed immediately. I highly recommend this mattress pad no matter how much you think you already love your brand new mattress without it. Trust Me!!

The Temper-Pedic mattress & their brand mattress pad we have has always been too hot, making me way too warm in the night ... unable to sleep well, waking up in a puddle of sweat. Finally decided to get rid of the Temper-Pedic mattress pad and try the Beautyrest one. What a difference the first night! Sweating has decreased and sometimes none at all! Wish I had bought this a long time ago!! The pad fits our Temper-Pedic queen mattress really well & the only problem is I did run my thumb through the skirt portion as others reported. I'd recommend this mattress pad to anyone who is looking for a cooler night's sleep on a memory foam mattress.

I've been comparing mattress pads for our king size bed for awhile. This was is good quality and decent price. Other places wanted at least $80 for this quality, so $55 was a good price and free delivery. This is why Wally World is so successful. ;)

I have a 4 yr old firm, Simmons Mattress that is just a little too firm. I tried 3 diffrent 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inch foam toppers and one fiber filled topper to try to come up with a firm, but semi-plush bed on which to sleep.. Nothing worked!
I just visited at a Holiday Inn that had a mattress pad very similar to this Simmons Beautyrest, and I loved the comfort of that mattress - slept like a baby - it's a thin layer of padding that feels like it belongs. Cant put it any other way. It adds true plush comfort with out feeling like your sinking in foam or fighting to roll over on feathers.

Didn't like the material the side of this product is made out of at this price it should have been better quality ,the fabric or paper fabric looks like it will tear apart, that is the reason I had to buy a new one because the other one I had just ripped apart. Hope this one holds up.

I'm using this on a king size hard frame waterbed. I had a waterproof pad on previously, but it was way too hot. This one stays in place and is very comfortable. I love it!! The only issue...it takes 4 cycles on delicate to dry!!

My husband and I just switched from a queen bed to a king. Little did we know this would be a very difficult process because of the multitude of sizes of king mattresses!! After purchasing and returning 4 different pads from various department stores, including Hanks, where we purchased the mattress, I decided to look and see what Wal Mart carried. I ended up buying the Beauty Rest Luxury Cotton Mattress Pad. WOW! This particular mattress pad was a PERFECT FIT!! It is brilliant because it has "rows" of elastic that will fit virtually ANY mattress! The multi-rows of elastic grip the entire height of the mattress and STAYS PUT without moving or sliding around! I LOVE IT! No need to look anywhere else!

I was so disappointed with this matress pad when it came in that I did not even take it home. I returned it right then and there. The pad itself was OK, but the part that goes around the sides of the matress was that cheap stuff that looks like heavy tissue paper. It does not hold up when you wash and dry it.
