This TV was just fine, I loved it all except for two things. First, I couldnt get the picture quality as perfect as I wanted, but I'm picky. Second, in less than two weeks, the screen went blank. Sound still worked, just NO picture. I upgraded to a Vizio 22" and I love it. Much better picture quality and many more defining qualities in the screen appearance. No built-in dvd, but I love the newer TV more than the other TV as far as picture viewing quality and features.

I expect the Viore to be a good Tv, but I can not judge on it because it didnt show a picture or sound, I opened the box after I purchased it online, thjen the only ON-OFF buttoms work, no other vital signs noticed !! there is may be an electronic damage inside it... but I found a sticker inside said QC-Passed how they pass it while it is a dead TV ??? still recomend it if you find it work, good luck

was not happy at all with this product returned it the same day to store and got a different brand. had never heard of this brand but was looking to save money so went with it and when we got it it did not even work properly. could not get it to take a dvd and couldnt turn up the volume manually or with the remote either
