I purchased this product recently. I find it to be very stable and easy to use. The good thing about this unit is that even though it is not "gym quality" it causes the user to kind of be lifting free weights, which actually makes for a better workout than gym quality machines as they can be too smooth. This machine is just smooth enough for a good workout. I would recommend this for a friend. I just love it and use it daily. My bf put it together in 3 hours by himself.

Not all parts were labeled very well, but the nuts, bolts, screws and those extras were. Not too bad to put together...took some time, but directions were pretty good. Would have liked to see more leg exercises available...didn't realize that there would be so few when we purchased, but overall it's a good value and a good machine for a family just trying to get in or stay in shape.

I bought this home gym because of the great reviews and the price. Had very good instructions. And no missing pieces or parts. It has exactly the number of parts you needed, no extra nuts or bolts. Took around three hours by myself to put together, might be faster if you have someone to help. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

I like the machine it does wonders for every part of your body...the onlypart I didn't like was putting it together, alot of pieces; alot of putting and taking apart. It took me a whole day and an half to put it together.

This product is great. I recently turned my garage into a home gym and purchased a Olympic weight bench, bar and free weights. I also purchased various exercise equipment. My wife would not use and did not like the Olympic weight bench. She complained of having to keep moving weights around and the amount of time it takes. Because of this I purchased this machine.
Since purchasing this machine, my wife uses it regularly. She loves it and I love it. I find myself using it more and more each day. Being able to adjust the weight with a simple pull and insert of a pin compared to moving around individual weights is wonderful. It gives you that Gym feel.
The motion is smooth, quiet, and the machine doesn't take up allot of space. If you are beginning to work out for the first time or are a novice body builder this machine is for you. Before deciding to continue or start going to the gym to use a simular product, and if your family oriented and are looking for more time to spend with your family, you may want to consider omitting the time it takes to drive to the gym, and drive home. Life is short, this time can be better spent with your family.

I bought this machine to use as a supplement to my cardio work out on an elliptcal. This is for sure an entry level product, if you're expecting gym level quality, or a wide number of excercises, you're going to be disappointed. If, on the other hand, you have the attitude that some excercise is better than none and you want a budget price point, you'll probably be satisfied. Assembly was straight forward, you should expect to spend about 4-6 hours for one person with decent mechanical skills.
Everything is well labeled. After one month of use I can say that I would purchase this item again. It's not for the dedicated body builder, but for someone who wants to tone up and doesn't want the hassle of going to the gym, it will fill the bill. A positive point is that the top wieght plate is light, anyone just starting out may find that useful. I got it on sale for $250.
