Over the years I have tried several brands and types of baking pans; to obtain the professionl quality, of even baking results. The quality workmanship of Nordic Ware is the only way to obtain this excelent quality.
I now have changed all my baking pans with NORDIC WARE!
Walmart does not provide all of thier products,but this one is outstanding and can get it SHIP TO STORE!
Nothing can provide the even cooking, and desired results every time like these well crafted aluminum pans. Aluminum provides superior heat conductivity; plus these pans do not warp because of the encapsulated steel rim.
This is not a stick free surface, but if you follow the rule of greaseing the pan and flour dusting it,you do not have a problem with sticking or hassel at cleanup time for cakes or cornbreads.

I have a counter top oven (Breville Smart Oven, which is bigger than a toaster oven) that will accommodate a 13x9 inch pan as long as it doesn't have an extended lip or handle. This pan fits it great. It's a nice sturdy weight aluminum that holds up well to heavy use. The plastic cover is a nice bonus. I couldn't be more pleased with this pan and have since bought other Nordic Ware pans from Walmart.

The Nordicware heavy aluminum pans are the best bakeware I have ever purchased; I recommend them to my baking class students because of their durability and "even baking" performance; If you don't abuse them, you will never have to replace them again, making them an exceptionally good value. They come in pie pans, square and oblong cake pans, loaf pans, cupcake pans, sheet pans and round cake pans. Use of parchment paper or cupcake papers is recommended which is standard for quality baking, to prevent sticking and extend the life of your pans to keep them looking like new. Because of carcinogens in Teflon and other plastic coatings, I recommend buying the un-coated version which will last longer and be healthier.
