I researched several craft scissors packs and this one included 18 pairs (most were only 12) for the same price as smaller sets. The shipping was free. My daughter was thrilled. The wood carrying wheel is solid and the different edges are really cool. Great for scrapbookers or if you like to make homemade cards. Haven't owned them long enough to comment on whether or not they will hold up in terms of sharpness, durability etc..
