great smoke flavor from these chips

If you want to watch your smoker and control the smoke amount, these chips are the way to go. Wet a cup or two when you start your coals, sprinkle a teaspoon or 2 each 20-30 min for excellent smoke flavor for 3-4 hrs. You'll get a great smoke ring, too. Burns clean.
