Works perfectly. Will get a second one when I buy more controllers so I can have all four charged and ready to play. Also bought the Sony bluetooth headset which this has a cradle for or you can use one of two USB ports on the side to charge it or other devices.

I have owned this product for a year or so but decided to purchase one for a friend as a Christmas gift.

What a great little product. Not only can you charge 2 PS3 controllers without having your PS3 powered on but, it also comes with 2 additional standard USB ports for charging other things.

A great feature that this charger provides is that you don't have to guess when your controllers are charged as the 2 controller 'bays' light up red when charging or green when fully charged.

Red = charging
Green = charged
Charges 4 controllers at a time

Only 1 con and that it sometimes assumes controller 1 on the ps3 which I would have to manually change to play a game. Don't let that make you look elsewhere for a charger because it's simple to fix.

Love this charger because it looks soo great and works as good as it looks! Red when it charges and turns green when its fully charged.
