These are some of the best building sets out there; got two different ones for my 7 year old's bday. He will play with them for hours, building all sorts of crazy characters! Great toy, great value, love WalMart's prices and ship-to-store option!

My children range from teen down to age 4 and they all enjoy kid k'nex. The big ones will sit and build with the little ones. My 4 year old can follow the pictures and build his own models. They all build their own creations and have a blast with them. The only downside is that we had to buy more than one set to be able to build more than one animal.
