Sunpak Sunpak Universal World-Wide Travel Adapter
The Sunpak Universal World-Wide Travel Adapter offers worldwide compatibility to charge your electronic gadgets and also protects it from power surge. This all-in-one travel adapter avoids the need to carry country-specific adapters while you travel. This international travel adapter operates on two standard voltages, the 100-125V in North American and Caribbean systems and the 220-250V in Europe and rest of the world. The Sunpak Universal World-Wide Travel Adapter is also equipped with a built-in USB power port to charge your iPod, tablet, and other electronic devices. Just plug in your electronic device into this adapter and retract the connector to the region required. You can then plug in your device into the wall socket. This all-in-one travel adapter can handle 110 V to 240 V inputs, which is indicated by an indicator light. You can easily charge your devices with this adapter.

Look for a different adapter!

I am going to Philippines, where, as most of Asia, they use the same FLAT regular plugs we do! This adapter is useless to me!! It assumes you will be dealing only with the round euro-type plugs. I suggest you dont even waste your time with this one. Now I have to go to Radio Shack or elsewhere to find a USABLE plug converter. So, long and short... IT IS INCOMPLETE!

I was REALLY nervous about buying an adaptor to take with us to Europe because it seems like every one of them had awful (or no) reviews online, but this one has been perfect for us. Please understand that it is NOT a converter (it does not convert the voltage of US appliances for use/compatibility in countries with different voltage), but it has worked perfectly for charging devices (like cell phone, iPod Touch, etc.) that are already compatible with the voltage (we were in Spain, Germany, & Austria when we used ours) but just are unable to fit the outlets in other countries. This adaptor is a reasonable size and has the ability to be used in so many different countries. And it's relatively inexpensive.
Even now that we're back at home from our trip...the adaptor has a USB port so I use it every couple of days to charge a device of mine that just came with a USB cord. Haven't had any issues.
