I swore I'd never go through another pregnancy without a maternity pillow. But, they're SO expensive! This is a great value for the money. However, when turned so that the pillow is supporting your back, the front parts will support the bust & knees, but there's nothing supporting your belly. For me, that was a big problem. So I still had to use another pillow under my belly. There are bigger, more expensive pillows that will accommodate the back, knees, bust, & belly all at the same time, but for a low price, the Sleeper Keeper is a good value!

I bought my 1st one when I was pregnant with my daughter 6 years ago. Back then I didn't know there were pillow cases for them and it fell apart in about a year. When I ordered my 2nd one I also got a case from e-bay at the same time and it lasted me 5 years, I just bought another one so my husband would leave my pillow alone.. The cases are a little spendy but make it so the pillow lasts way longer... Trust me get a case it's worth it in the long run, u will thank me!!!!!!!!

I have severe reflux and this helps me keep my head up so its not so flat that the reflux mess me up.!!!!!!!!! It was well worth the money!!!! After my Mom sees and tries it I will probably have to purchase another one.

I must say that i haven't slept with the pillow too many times but it is perfect for lounging and reading. The reason i haven't slept on it too much is because i prefer my softer traditional pillow for my head. My only complaint about this product is that it is a little too stiff for sleeping with your head on it like the photo shows. Everything else is great and it definitely helps with back and side pain from the pregnancy. The best part was that the pillow shipped super fast. I had it in about 2 or 3 days even though the estimation was a week to 10 days! So it was a quick fix for me!!

I actually wanted to sleep with this pillow for about a week or so before I decided to do a review on it, but the pillow sleeps great! Although it is very big, probably because I'm only 5'4, it is easy to wrap around and sleep peacefully. I would definitely recommend this for any stage of pregnancy..even afterwards!

I originally bought a bobby pregnancy pillow and it was ok, but a bit too bulky. It was comfy at first and is great when resting, but not for a full night. I awoke in the morning with neck pains from the bulkiness of it. The sleeper keeper is far better in my opinion and cheaper. I use it mainly in the back support position, but it is comfortable in any position. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and have been having trouble sleeping for a while, before finally purchasing a body pillow. I would definitely recommend this pillow for any pregnant ladies out there.

If you use this product for its intended purpose, it is wonderful. My one year old cuddles up in it with me when we watch TV and it helps relieve the aches from pregnancy. I would have these all over my house if it wouldn't clutter everything up.

Although this pillow did get me through my pregnancy, I threw it away as soon as I had my baby. The pillow case is not removable, so it can't be washed, and if there's one thing I know about pregnant ladies, it's that they sweat a lot at night. Also, the material near the shoulder was very tight and end up ripping just from moving around in my sleep. This is the main reason I threw it away.

I'm 20wks pregnant and I bought this pillow because I have heard so many good things about it. However, I found it to be uncomfortable and cumbersome. It makes me feel restricted in the the bed in 1 position. Almost feels like there's a 3rd person in the bed with me and my hubby. I'm looking into returning the pillow for a regular body pillow
