I can see how some may have thought this was something different, but tbh, I am quite happy with this pillow. It is firm, and it does support. It is also a great sofa pillow, for lounging and for back support use.
I will say again, it is firm, but it does give great support for those who need a bit of a raise, but also wants the bennies of a memory foam pillow with just enough give. Which was exactly what I was looking for. It is well made, and big enough also, which is also what I was looking for. I have some of the standard memory foam pillows, that have the curves, and I love them, but I really needed more support and something to raise me a bit, and I didn't lose it because it was so small.
I bought one that claimed to be all this, at a hefty price before this, at a popular bedding store, and returned it, it was so small and too soft.
I bought one to see how it did, and came back to get more I was so happy with it.

I thought this pillow would help with my neck problem, but it seems to have made it worse. When you lay on it the filling moves away and DOES NOT give you support like it is advertised. You have to keep adjusting the material to get any support. I would not advise anyone to get this pillow. It is not very wide either. It looks comfortable but it isn't. Sorry, but I am looking for a solid memory foam now, no more chopped pillows for me.

I was expecting something like a Tempur-Pedic and this is not it. Did not even really seem like memory foam. Too much loft and didn't give me that "sink in" feeling I ws looking for.

Terrible pillow

It looks nice And fluffy. Bought one and sleep on it for one night and woke up with a very painful neck. The pillow is so hard and high up it feels like sleeping on a hard tall roll of toilet paper roll. It is only good if you want a pillow to sit up and lean on. Horrible to sleep on
