AquaSense AquaSense Steel Bathtub Safety Bar
The AquaSense Steel Bathtub Safety Bar provides a safe way to get in and out of the bathtub. Made of heavy gauge, rust-resistant steel, the bath safety bar is sturdy and can support weights of up to 300 pounds. Installation is simple -- the AquaSense bar attaches to nearly any model bathtub without needing any additional tools. This bar snugly fits any bathtub with side walls between three to seven inches thick. Unlike other bathtub bars that screw into your tub or wall, with this bar you simply tighten the attached clamp to the side wall of your bathtub for a safe and secure fit. Because it features rubber pads on its contact points, you do not have to worry about the AquaSense Steel Bathtub Safety Bar slipping or coming loose. Cleaning is carefree thanks to the white vinyl-coated surface of the bath safety bar.

This is great instead of mounting a grab bar on a bathroom wall or drilling thru tiles. hooks on the tub side and is very sturdy. Used it for my 90 yr old father to help get in and out of tub and stabilize himself while he is in the bathroom.

I had a total knee replacement that failed and my knee is not stable. I fell when getting out of the shower/tub and hurt my back. Now I have this and I use it every day and feel safe. It is very stable and makes me confident.
