Very Very Noisy, even on low worse on high!! Also, the massager part gave me a headache, being LOUD PLUS shaking me so much! I WOULD NOT Reccomend this! Deffinately not worth the money! Now I have to return it! Just got this in the mail yesterday, and it's noisy the 1st time turning on!

My item came quickly after purchase. It is a small size for the price. It is 12 inches long and 11 1/2 inches wide. But I found it to do the job well. The massage is very powerful. The pad is very firm. I have a friend that has one of these pads and over time it gets softer and more flexible. I find using it on low heat and low massage is working fine. I like the fact I can put it in my bag and take to work to put on the back of my chair. I also like the feature that it will run for while then shut off. Great feature!

I was impressed with how quickly the pad heats up and how well the massage works. It has dual settings for the heating and massaging that will run for about an hour before it shuts off. Other heating pads turn off after approximately 30 minutes - too soon in my opinion. One drawback is that the plastic snaps tend to come undone easily causing the cloth cover to slide off the pad. Aside from that, I can't say there are too many drawbacks. In general, I have found this product to do what it is supposed to do - deliver a relaxing massage and provide enough heat to truly relax those sore, aching muscles. Overall, this product is a good value for the price.

My rotater cuff was giving me severe pain between doctor visits. I tried cool and heat. Finally the nurse advised cool & vibrator. I searched the internet and found no such thing but finally fount a heater with vibrator at Walmart* on line and at the most reasonable price. I use it with an ice bag and vibration or with the heat element and vibration. I have success with both. As an extra benefit, if I go to sleep with it running it cuts itself off in one hour. Very good product.
One reviewer said it was LOUD. I did not find that true if I put it behind or beneath me but not on top of me.

I should have just gotten a plain ol heating pad. This one is like a filled with air pillow that doesn't conform to the body like I'd like it to. Wanted to drape over sholders and neck while in a sitting position. Do not recommend.

This is the best heating pad I have ever owned. The massage is wonderful and the heating pad warms up pretty quickly. The only drawbacks are the two hard bumps in the pad (I'm assuming for the massage, you have to move the pad around to get in between them), and while I like the auto shut off I wish it was longer than an hour. Overall this was a great buy.

I hate this heating pad! and I've tried lots of them. The massage feature is too loud, the heat is too low, but my main issue is the thing is so thick. I can't use it behind my back sitting on the couch because of how thick it is. It's very uncomfortable be to stuck with this thing pushing me out from the back of the couch, and I can't then rest my neck either. Stupid design. Don't buy it.

This is my 2nd, yes 2nd one of these EXACT massage/heating pads. I love this so much that I had to get another one. Rite Aid wasn't selling it anymore, and was so glad to find it online here. I have 3 herniated disc's in my lower back, along with sciatic problems. This heating/massage pad is a great combo deal for sufferer's like me. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

This is the second heating pad that I own like this. After using the first one for over a year I just had to get another one. The main reason I bought this one was not even mentioned in the description on the Walmart site. I love this pad because it runs on 12 volts and comes with a 110 to 12v adapter. That means that when you leave the house on a trip you take it with you and with a very inexpensive cigarette liter adapter you just keep on going . It works great in our RV and car and keeps my back feeling great.
