This is a great product for a good price. It works. I would recommend drinking PLENTY of water while taking this. I have sensitive skin so it caused a few cystic pimples at first; drinking plenty of water helped.
You'll notice some hair & nail growth within a week!

I`ve been taking Biotin for less than two weeks. I am pleseantly surprised about how much my nails have grown, but so far I haven`t seen any changes in my hair. My nails would always break when they reached a certain lenght and now they are past that, so I`m looking forward to seeing results with my hair. I will write another review after a month!
I`ve been watching reviews on Youtube and many people complain that this product has ruined their face and that it makes their skin break out, but I haven`t experienced any of that.
The reason is that when you use this product you have to drink lots of water. So make sure you are getting hydrated and drinking a lot of water and you`ll be fine!

I try to relax my hair every two months. I just relaxed it this month and already I have thick new growth that needs relaxing. my nails are growing so much I started to bite them and file them down. I am also using wen and these two are growing my hair a little faster than I wanted.

Besides being very effective as a biotin supplement (tougher nails, stronger hair, softer skin "glow"), this one is very easy to take in. It's small pearl size with a slippery texture, which makes it really easy to swallow. Price is very competitive.
As a tip, if you are new to biotin, I would start with a 1,000 mcg, then slowly increase the dosage. This one is 5,000 mcg.

After reading the reviews on this supplement, I decided to try it. I have no regrets so far. I have seen visible improvement in my skin, less blemish and it has a glow! My hair has also grown and feels thicker. Never had problems with my nails growing before so I would not be able to say if it has helped.

I started taking these due to my nails were in very bad shape and my hair and scalp was screaming for help. So I searched the web for answers and the information on Biotin was helpful and affordable for me so glad Walmart stock them. I brought the 120 count and just notice I only have about 25 left so I will be getting them again to continue taking them. My nails no longer look like railroad tracks (I had really bad ridges), my hair is fuller and my skin is almost flawless. Some people ask what foundation do I use and I say I don't use foundation that's how clear and smooth my skin is I love results. I love these and I recommend to all that can take them to give them a try. Miracles don't always happen over night so don't expect these to work over night and make sure your water intake is good.

i bought this to get my nails stronger for they were cracking, breaking, and chipping into layers easily. and they never used to be like that. my hair was getting too dry, and it would get split ends Everywhere,
i tried it, and i didnt see any results in the first 14 days, only then did i notice my strong nails, and my hair is looking healthier, i still have my split ends (i have to cut my hair gradually to rid them)... however, i didnt notice any change on my skin.

Bought these after seeing Dr. Oz recommend Biotin for hair growth. Due to some medication I will have to take for life, my hair is getting thinner & thinner as a side effect. Haven't been taking these long enough to notice any difference yet. They seem to be easy to digest and I haven't noticed any after-taste like I have with some suppliments.

After about 3 weeks i could definitely notice that my hair was growing thicker. It did not seem to make my hair grow faster but the new hair that was growing in looked healthier and that's more important to me. Also my nails began growing longer, although i did not notice them getting any stronger. Overall this is a good product and worth a try since it's reasonably priced.
