It broke my heart when Walmart took a truly great product (white bagged gummy bears) and ruined everything that was great about them. They used to be chewy, not too sweet, and each flavor was distinct and delicious. Now they're soft, sickeningly sweet, and I seriously cannot distinguish between the flavors. How could anyone at Walmart actually think that the change was necessary? Please don't buy these! Maybe they'll take the hint.

The candy in the white page was GREAT. They were plump and juicy gummy bears. Now my store has switched to a green bag version. These gummy bears are flat and lack any flavor. I would not recommend this version to anyone. I hope Walmart changes back to the white bag version, so Great Value can once again taste Great. Don't buy the green bag version!

I've been a big fan and buyer of the $ 3.87 white bag of gummy bears in the walmart great value bag. Recently I purchased the green colored bag (same size, same price), and cannot believe how bad these new gummy bears taste. They dont even have the same clear, clean look. They look cloudy and unappealing. I have returned the bag and received a refund. I no longer buy them at Walmart. Its a shame as this was an enjoyable part of shopping at Walmart. It was something to look forward too, and every week I'd buy at least one bag and open it as soon as I got to the car.
Most of the time I'd run out before the end of the week. Whenever we had a party, we'd buy 2-3 of these bags, and they'd run out every time. Too bad.

The gummy bears in white packaging taste really good! And the store in Oceanside placed a lot on their shelves quick when I wrote them. But now they have them in green package which taste different. I still buy those because it is cheap, but not for its taste.

Our family loves the Great Value Gummies even over the Haribo brand. Not too soft and not too tough to chew. We love the red ones! :) My complaint is that our local Monaca store does a TERRIBLE job at keeping them in stock! They did reformulate them and repacked them in a green bag...They do NOT taste the same!!!! I ended up returning them. The white bag gummies is what we look for. Today the white bags (only a few of them) were back on the shelves. If the white bags disappear I will go back to Swedish Fish!!! ;)

IF you didn't know these were not Great Value Gummy Bears, you couldn't tell the difference between them and the more "famous" brand from Germany. They're delicious, soft, fresh, fruity-tasting and a great value at just a bit more than $3.00 per bag, and a good size as well, 40 oz (2 lbs 8 oz). I will definitely be ordering these again. The only reason I got them now was because they had them stocked. I see why they fly off the shelf and are hardly in stock. A great candy treat with NO fat, and again, they taste GREAT! Oh and by the way, they were delivered quickly as they were promised too by Walmart. I enjoyed them with the Wimbledon Tennis Match I was enjoying today.
