The keurig mini is everything, everyone told you it would be. Most of all it is very expensive. That aside it's the best coffee you are going to get at home. It's very easy to clean, and take care of, almost effortless. If you got the money for K cups, and are tired of getting coffee out this is the coffee maker for you. Maybe your shy, and don't want to go with a full model, again this is for you. Compared to the full model, you're not missing anything. This is a great machine, I use it everyday.

If I am staying home and enjoying a cup of coffee it is ok, but if I make it to take on the road I noticed it is not hot even if I put it in one of my thermal coffee cups. I have to warm it up in the microwave when I get to work (not fun but better than the coffee at work for sure).

If you drink lots of coffee, this might not be for you. However, it's perfect for my small retail store, as I'm no longer throwing out 1/2 a pot every day and coffee is never stale or cold. It looks great on the table and coffee on demand is a beautiful thing. Sample pack is a great opportunity to try several different brands of cups to buy later. The 2 different size cup option on the brewer is a nice feature.

I LOVE this coffee but wanted to give it a shot and get my own. It stopped working in less than 90days after we got it!!!!!!!!!! we could have got another one but I didn't want to worry about when the next one will break... for something so expensive I should last.

I ordered the Keurig coffee maker and extra k-cups. The extra k-cups did not ship and therefore I did not have much coffee to drink and had to go to the store and pay an outrageous price for 8 k cups. Not impressed with that. If they were out of stock online, it should have stated "out of stock". Other than that, good coffee!

I actually got this as a gift and I totally love it!! It's great to try out all different kinds of coffee, tea, iced coffee, iced tea, cocoa, and cider. I highly recommend buying the refillable Ekobrew cups to use with it, then you can use your own ground coffee and tea bags to save a little money.
