The Sauder Vinegate TV Stand is versatile and functional as well. With a blend of antique looks coupled with modern functionality, this antiqued TV stand augments any room. The sturdy engineered wood construction makes this TV stand highly durable and the antiqued paint finish complements the design providing it that gloss and protecting it from termites. This flat screen TV stand holds televisions up to 42 inches and comfortably withstands weights up to 95lbs. It also has two adjustable shelves that give you ample room to place things like DVD players and other electronics and handy accessories. For convenience, these two shelves are covered with safety tempered, sliding glass doors that provide additional safety and protect the accessories that you have kept inside it. The metal knobs facilitate easy opening and closing of these glass doors.

I purchased this stand for a 36" flat screen TV that is in a bedroom. I love the vintage look to this stand. It is very sturdy. It was fairly easy to assemble (per my husband). I have (6) year told twins & seem to misplace remotes, but we are now able to keep all remotes on the stand. There is ample space to house other electronics. This is a great stand for the value and meets all of my expectations. I definately would recommend to a friend looking for a vintage feel stand.

We were excited when we opened the box...the vintage finish was really pretty. However, when we went to put it together, so many of the pieces weren't congruent with their holes. We had to rig it. Then, we had some other pieces that were off too. Thats when we decided that we were done. We re-wrapped it and took it back the following day. I was so disappointed. It would probably have been nice put together, but what good is a nice finish if the pieces don't fit properly?!! Grrrrrrr....

Bought this for my 40" flat screen and one tower to match. This stand is high quality in looks and material. Went together fast and easy. Very sturdy and lots of room behind the glass doors. Used my own knobs on each glass door. Both doors slide with ease. Perfect for small space in small living room and offers lots of storage.

I was very pleased at how nice this tv stand looks. But it by no means will hold a 42 inch tv. Mine is completley bowed in the middle and the doors sit at a slant.

I bought this tv stand for my 42" Panasonic Plasma and I have no regret. It has a nice contrasting color to my beech pergo floor. The instruction on how to assemble the stand was well laid out, it has a diagram to make it even faster to assemble. You must install the black cardboard at the back of the stand otherwise it will be shaky. The four cabinets are just enough for a cable box, blu ray player, a receiver and some dvds and cds. All my remotes worked even if the cabinet glass is closed. It was a great buy for the price.

I have a 55" HDTV and it looks good on the stand. There are many reviews about how the instructions are confusing however i had no trouble. I am 22 year old female... should i say more? It took me about an hour and a half to put together by myself, I would assume all others should have no trouble. The product is very sturdy and looks great for $100. It is not as brown as it is in the stock photo, its more black. Handheld tools are only needed.

Purchased this stand for my 43 inch (measured diagnally) Samsung plasma TV. I picked it up this weekend and assembled it yesterday. I could not be more pleased. Although it took two weeks for the product to be delivered, I was not in a rush. When I went to Walmart to pick it up, I had excellent customer service. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. The store clerk put it on a dolly and loaded it into the pickup (it's kind of heavy). The packaging was flawless -- not a single inch wasted. I was a bit intimidated after taking out all the pieces and separating out the hardware. I thought I might have bitten off more than I could chew. I simply followed the directions and about two hours later, it was finished. I did not encounter a single hitch in putting this together! Everything fit together flawlessly. I really came to appreciate the detail of this piece -- right down to hole covers for the feet and plugs to cover the visible "hidden cams". I actually had fun putting it together and it looks just fabulous -- even better than the pictures. The price is unbeatable, it's made in the USA and it look like a much more expensive piece. My boyfriend likes it so much he wants one and I volunteered to assemble it for him.

A nice looking TV stand, looks rather dapper in our family room. Took my husband over an hour to assemble, but he had no complaints. Appreciate the antique look, and the glass doors. What I like the most, this was 'Made in the USA'!

Putting together was only a slight pain, which is different from most other assembly required items. Had it together in no time at all, working by myself. Sturdy design especially for the price. The only negative I have to review is not enough venting on the back for gaming systems to cool properly. Had to cut out a quarter of the cardboard backing for proper ventilation. Easily done with exacto knife.

Stand looks great was easy enough to put together. Very pleased with the appearance after assembled. You really can not go wrong with only spending $100 on this item. I didn't care about the price all I cared about was the width, height, color and I wanted doors. Ideally glass so that the doors do not need to be open when changing the station on the cable box. The only complaint that I would have is there should be two more shelves, one for each side. There is so much space that it would only make sense so the components are not stacked one top of one another. I do not have very many components so it is not a big deal for me. Oh, and the color is a very dark brown. It almost looks black but it is not.

was very impressed with the construction and finish of this product. the product weel excedes my expectations. my only complaint is when you order from walmart.com and ship site to store... dont hold your breath. it was suppose to arrive in a week, it took two weeks. and dont try to track your package, you will only get frustrated with how slow the process is.

It looks fantastic it looks much more expensive than what it is. It was fairly simple to put together took us about 30 minutes. It was very wobbly until we put the back on it and now it is very sturdy. But overall it is a good by we have a 46 in on it and there is still about 2 1/2 inches on both sides so it could possibly hold a 50 in tv.

I'd read the other reviews--some of which were not positive--before ordering this TV stand. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived. It was easy to assemble and looks much more expensive than it is. I like the 'weathered' or 'vintage' look. This piece looks great in our living room with the oak hardwood floors and oak tables. I was a little afraid the dark finish would look out of place but it fits nicely. As with others, we had a little trouble getting the glass to slide but I put a little graphite in the tracks and it works wonderfully now. I would recommend this piece to someone who wants a decent TV stand without spending a fortune.
