This TV has been better than I really expected considering the price comparison to it's competitors. There have been no problems what so ever, and it looks even better in your house than it does in the store. The sound isn't exactly top notch, but you can really say that about any built-in sound. I'd recommend this TV to anyone that asks.

We bought this tv on August 27th and it went bad less than a month later.We exchanged it for another on September 17th.It is October 22nd and our 2nd one has gone bad.I'm returning tomorrow and will absolutely not trust a 3rd one.

I have spent lots of money on tv's in the past but this one was our best purchase for price. I know tv prices have come down recently, but this tv is just amazing. When you are watching shows the people almost look like they are in your room. Do not get to close to the tv in standard definition, because the picture is definitely grainy. When on high-def though you can be right up to the screen and it is crystal clear. Love all of the HDMI ports on the tv, makes for easy connection and with the Vizio soundbar with subwoofer we have a very compact complete home theater system. Love it.

We love this TV. It was up in no time and needed no adjustments. We mounted it with a tilt wall mount that makes it easy to pull out and plug in connections. Would definitely recommend. With the home theater system that comes with it, we can watch DVD movies, listen to CD's, and also watch clear precise photos. They look great enlarged on the big screen. The theater system also has a USB port that we can attach anything with a USB attachment and show it on the screen. We were able to hide all the wires by running them through a wicker shelf.

I had just made my mind up about another product at another store. They did not offer Vizio. I went grocery shopping with my wife and wondered by Electronics and fell in love with this tv. No complaints. Sound is good, two 15 watt speakers verses two 10's in others. I set picture quality to vivid and just sat back and enjoyed the view. Great buy.

Had this tv for 17 days and the picture went out. First the picture starts to break up then goes black and all you get is sound. Tried dealing with Vizo but got nothing but will send a tech out. I live in the middle of nowhere and you know they will say it was something not covered by warrenty. I am taking this tv back to walmart and buying SONY!!

After I went on a search for a flat screen, this model was recommended to me by my brother-in-law, so I just had to pick the size. I am so happy. Once I got it hooked up, the color and clarity are so awesome. I couldn't be more happy with this product. It has made me a TV fan. So much thinner and better fitting then the big screen TV's and even told my living room looks bigger.

I have had my Vizio 55" now for about a month and I have to say that I am very impressed by this TV. The Picture Quality is Fantastic! It's great to see such a nice sharp picture at such a large size. Blu Ray movies look absolutely STUNNING. And to my pleasant surprise, regular DVD upscaled looks pretty great too! If you have a Blu Ray player, chances are it is automatically upscaling your DVD's to maximum quality. I love watching this TV with it's big picture and sharp detail. Of course, Time will be the true test, but if it stays looking like this for some years, this is Well Worth the price. I compared this TV to Sony, Philips, and Toshiba (which were all aside it in the store). These were all 52" LCD HDTV's. Vizio looked Just as good at 55"! You may have to play around with the settings for a short time to get the picture just the way you want it, but it's EASY. So Far, so good! Hoping for many good years with this TV.

Value is what Visio is all about. You can spend twice the dollars and see no improvement. This is my fifth Visio purchase. I have seen other TVs with a better picture, Panasonic for a grand more. The difference is only in deep blacks. Side by side it makes a difference. Alone the picture is very impressive. The 120 htz processor does make a visible difference. I hear they are comming out with a 300 htz TV soon. It does make a difference in sports and car chases. Overall You cant beat the price/quality ratio.

Wait to write your review. Our TV only lasted three weeks. The picture quality starts changing colors after the first week and by the end of the second week everyone is blue no matter what you do.

Had this TV two months awesome TV, beautiful picture I was really suprised.From the reviews I read, most being good also in store compairison I agree.This much quaility at such a low price is amazing.You can not go wrong.You hear alot about issues with poor sound quaility.Try setting the audio to jazz mode and turning off the true sound.Turning the backlight down to about 20 helps alot also.Looking for a great deal? this is it you won't be diapointed.

We did alot of shopping before buying a tv in this price range and size. This tv will astonish you will the 3d effect of 120 hz . Coming from a 42" 1080i vizio it was breathtaking. I've seen plasmas, several other lcds from sonys to sharps to samsungs, but none offer the value to wow factor in this size. Hooked up to a 7.2; yes I said 2 subs , it is alot better than going to the movie theater. Of course you have to have blu-ray. 5 hdmi inputs means you won't be running out of connections . Best investment in a tv in along time.
