We needed an extra bed for my daughter's sleepovers, and a trundle would take up all her under-bed storage. So, we got a cot!
It is great, easy to set up/take down and the kids say it is comfortable. It comes in a handy case also that zips up.

We bought this as a "travel bed" for when we visit friend & family for my 3 yr old son. The height and width are ideal and it folds up nice & compact. It was hard to stretch out the fabric to put in the 2nd bar at head/foot. But I just left it set up with one of the bars in & that stretched out the fabric enough to make it easier to put in the 2nd head/foot bar. No problems with oders as other cusomers have said. Ship to store was a breeze cicnt have to worry about package sitting infront of house all day in unknown weather.

Camp 2' off the ground

I know I'm getting older when this cot appealed to me so much. I found the cot comfy and much better than sleeping on the dirty tent floor. Plus the convenience when putting on socks and shoes, or when getting up to use the bathroom. This is the best way to camp. I'm 6'5" and found the cot to fit just fine.

Good, shy of Great; Good Value

For the price, it's a winner. The build quality is very good and strength seems very fine. Would have loved a little lighter but packs nicely into its hand grip, carrying sleeve. Assembly is a little tough but those bars on the ends leverage on to create all the tension and enable the compact folding. Used it with a separate foam mattress (from the pool no less) and worked well. Next step up would have been 75$ and that was questionably lighter, with mattress, but not small when folded.

Have yet to actually sleep on it but I did assemble it and it appears to be a well made product. Looks just like the one I had that was Army surplus.

Review 10 for Ozark Trail Camp Cot
Good bed in a pinch

So I'm a poor college kid who, being a college kid, had no real furniture with which to furnish my unfurnished room in the house I'm renting with other students. Hence, I needed a bed for the first few weeks of this school year until I could find something else a little more permanent to sleep on.
I went to Wal-Mart and when I found out the Coleman Ridgeline II camp bed (what I was originally intending on) was out of stock at that store, I got this one since it was the next closest thing in my price range.
It was really easy to set up, and after I folded a few old comforters and put my memory foam mattress topper on it for some padding, it was actually really, really comfortable. I've been sleeping on it nightly for the past 2 weeks, and I've been so comfy that I haven't been incredibly inclined to find a more permanent bedding solution. I may just keep this for the rest of the year. It's very sturdy (and I'm tall and pretty muscular for a girl), and it doesn't creak or moan with my tossing and turning. It also has a little room for storage underneath. The only thing I'd rather have different is for it to be a little higher off the ground, but I guess beggars can't be choosers.
All in all, I'm really pleased with it. I'm using it for a semi-permanent solution and I love it, so if you are looking for something just to last you the occasional weekend camping trip, give it a try! It's portable, pretty comfy, will store super-easily when not in use, is easy to set up, and for the price, it's a great option.

We purchased this for my daughter to use for friends to be able to stay in her college dorm this Fall. We have used it several times already this summer, on a trip and for summer guests, and the cot is sturdy and sleeps comfortably. It stores nicely and stays clean in its own storage bag, and is fairly compact (great for a cramped college dorm). Assembly can be a bit tricky, especially with limited floor space, but all in all, a great bargain and a wise investment!

Review 12 for Ozark Trail Camp Cot
Great camp cot

My husband and son took 2 of these cots to a Webelo camp-out. We normally prefer to sleep on the ground when camping but the fireants were bad in the area so it was necessary to stay off the ground. These cots were perfect for that. They are sturdy enough to hold a 200 lbs. 6'3" adult. We set them up 4 days before taking them out to let them stretch so the end bars were easier to slide on. I think these cots will be used for years to come.

I bought this cot to replace an inflatable mattress that had given me so many headaches during camping. My 12-year old daughter uses it and she loves it. Easy to assemble and carry and not heavy at all, it is perfect for that camping trip.

I am very please with this product. I read the reviews prior to buying this and thought I would set it up 2 days prior to use as some commented the fabric was very tight. I did not have any issues setting them up, I purchased 3 of these. We slept awesome and they were very affordable! This is a great item!

I bought this cot for my son. I have a more expensive one for myself. This cot is nearly as good at half the price. Bag is even better than mine. Agree with other reviewers that you need to stretch it out before first use. Recommend.

Good for the Price

For the price, the product, i believe, is worth it. While I was assembling and testing it, the black plastic edges in the foot of each leg was broken and peeled off. Its a low class kind of plastic that peels of easily. Dont know where to find extra to glue it back.

All in all, the cot seems like it will do the job. However, I saw no mention of the weight limit on the Walmart website to find out that it's 225 lbs.
