We bought this for my daughter for her 1st birthday and she loves it! She is turning 2 next month and still uses it every day. We have kept it inside, but will be putting it out in the yard this summer, which will be good since it has a floor and will not be exposed to the ground. My daughter loves the doorbell and mail slot and phone. It was well worth the money!

Although my daughter hasn't gotten to play in her playhouse as much as she would like to... she LOVES it! She got it for her 2nd birthday and I know she'll enjoy it for years. Since we knew we were getting her this playhouse, we asked others to get the accessories (ie. plastic food, pots/pans, cleaning stuff) She is now set for a few years, until we have to break down & add in a swing set!!

Nice product. Easy assembly. The only concern I have is that the table seems a little on the flimsy side. Its made good but after you install it, it seems like if a little kid put all his weight on it it could buckle. But overall....great

Love this playhouse! It was much more reasonable in price compared to others and the color is really neutral. Our 2 year old daughter loves it and will get lots of use out of it. Has room for 3-4 kids to play comfortably. Our daughter loves the doorbell! We would recommend.

I have a 2 yr old girl and a 4 yr. old boy. They both love to play in the house. It is smaller than I expected and the table is too small for 2 kid's to actually sit and eat. Otherwise- it is a good quality house and affortable.

My 2 yr old loves this playhouse - I am glad we got it for her. Its just a bit smaller than I expected. The width is ok, but I was hoping it would have a little more depth to it. The seats and table on the inside could be a tad bigger as well.

My 13 mo old loves this house. He loves going in and out and ringing the doorbell. It is a perfect size for him (with a little growing room). It was a better value than the other houses but it is somewhat smaller.

The house is a good size and really cute. Two kids fit, with out a problem. My husband put it together in about half and hour (he used the electric drill). The house is not heavy so I can push it from the garage to the play area.

The cottage was a hit to all the kids at my granddaughter's 2nd b'day party. It was easy to put together, small enough to be a small childs house and big enough for the older kids to enjoy. It is bigger that most houses made by Little-Tykes and the telephone and doorbell just add to the fun the children had. Great for next to swing set and other play toys outdoors. My little dog even went in it and my granddaughter put a little chair inside for company to sit.

My 1 and 3 year old loved this playhouse!!! They can both easily play together and even sit at the table for a "pretend" meal! The assembly was easy and only took about 40 minutes. Good value for the price.

My husband and I bought this for our daughters 2nd birthday and she loves it. Its big enough for her and another toddler to play in it. The only thing I do not like is the seats are difficult for her to sit in. There is not much room when she sits.

We ordered this playhouse after ours was swept away by a bad storm. To be honest we ordered this one since the dimensions seemed larger than some of the rest, and it had the site to store option. My daughters love it... Its also big enough that my nephew fits in as well. We have made this an inside toy and put it in their toy room. They love the mail slot and like to pretend they are getting mail.

My 15 month old, and 3 year old loves this. We have it outside in the back yard, and she plays with it almost every day. I plan to put it on our enclosed front porch in the fall so she can continue to play. Assemply took about 30-45 minutes. I like that it has a floor, and there are little drain holes so the water gets out. Definately a good buy for the price especially if you use site-to-store shipping.

My grandchildren just love this little cottage. It has a door bell, a phone that is mounted on the wall and a mail box with a slot to put letters in, a sink with a faucet and a table-stove top with a little seat on each side. I like the idea that it is open so I can see them playing inside. It is so adorable, Id like to play with it myself!! It is easy to put together and is worth the price!! I highly recommend!!!
