Unlimited Anti-Reverse (UAR) prevents any backward movement in the handle or rotor for improved sensitivity and rock solid hook-sets. The aluminum handle is precision machined and balanced to eliminate rotor wobble when retrieving at speed. Matrix reels also feature Resist Twist Line Rollers which help minimize line twist.

Received two for CHristmas, Can not believe how smooth it feels on the retrieve and Drag pulls out nice and powerful. Went check it out at Walmart and bought 2 more, Great value. price of one reel, you can get two!!! THanks Walmart & Pinncale fishing!!!!

Review 2 for Pinnacle Matrix Spinning Reel 30

I bought this reel online assuming for $34 I'd be getting a half decent product I could beat on for river fishing. It's not. I assumed a ten bearing reel would be relatively smooth and worth the low price. It's not. It has an extremely rough retrieve. You can feel a constant vibration while reeling and it takes some effort to turn the handle compared to other reels--even after I oiled it. The only good things I can say about it is it looks nice and the handle feels good, but that's about it. If you want a great deal on a inexpensive reel at Walmart get the Mitchell Avocet II. I was so suprised at the smoothness and quality of that reel for around $25.
