All in all, a good product, high-quality as is expected from Motorguide stuff. Kit came with nut, tool (which is handy, I'll keep it in the boat to check tightness occasionally). Includes shear pin (2 sizes) but no lock washer. I used Locktite red on the threads just for insurance.
