I was disappointed at the large size of the mop head. I wish the tank was on the handle. I chose this model though because of the long cord and the light that lets you know when you need more water, and because it had gotten good reviews. I wish the head was shaped differently too, it doesn't get under cupboard edges or around toilets very well. All in all it cleans well, the cord is plenty long, and the tank big enough for me to clean all of my surfaces with one fill (kitchen, dining, pantry, entry and 3 bathrooms). It takes several minutes to heat up, don't put the mop head cloths in the dryer after you wash them--they will shrink. It takes some getting used to, you go much slower than a traditional mop and it takes getting used to having a cord too, makes going around to all of our bathrooms kind of awkward. Still better than being on my hands and knees or dragging a mop and bucket around though! Of note, I am noticing some warping of one area of my laminate flooring, I am not sure this is due to the mop but I wouldn't let it linger on laminate flooring....

I really tried to look into which one of these steamers would be good for me. I had the Shark Steamer and it died on me after five months. The heating element went out. I was between the Bissell Steamer and the Eureka. I read a lot of the reviews on the Bissell and it seemed to be the same issues everyone seemed to be upset about with the others. So I took a chance on the steamer with the least reviews, but all the reviews were great. I love this steamer. It is lightweight, but sturdy. It is easy to use, but cleans great. It doesn't leave water marks and the floors dry fast. It has a long cord. I think this is definitely the one to get! I am so happy I went with this steamer! Thanks to everyone that wrote the reviews. It really helps to make a decent decision.

I bought this mop because I was tired of having to get out a bucket of water and mop every time I needed to mop (which with four small kids is often). It has met my expectations. I love that it doesn't use chemicals, cleanup is easy, I don't have to scrub at all, and it's very quiet. The only drawback is that for the mop to disinfect it has to stay on the area for a min. of 8 seconds so it takes a little longer if you are trying to disinfect the floors, but I think it's definitely worth the money.

i like it. I was hoping that it would be able to clean my specific tiles as they are kinda rough but the dirt is really ground into them and so far it is getting the surface dirt. But hopefully with time it will get the ground in dirt. It is not working on the grout either but it does a great job at getting any spills or surface dirt.

This works well. What I love is if I have a small mess that I can pull this out fill it with water and clean up the mess and that I don't have to mess with a bucket of dirty water. It does take a while for it to warm up, but well worth the wait. Big bonus is that I don't need chemicals to clean my floor.

I'd been looking for a way to clean my tile floors easily. They are white tile and show every little speck. Then I saw the Enviro Steamer on the net. The price was right, so I ordered one. It is easy to use, lightweight, doesn't make my back hurt and best of all, it cleans really well with no chemicals. It cleans rings around the Swiffer WetJet with no sticky residue.

I researched the Shark and the Eureka and decided on the Eureka. Purchased 06/16/09, paid for shipping, arrived 2 days later. I have tile floors in 3 bathrooms, kitchen and breakfast area and garage entrance area. I first used it on the kitchen and breakfast area late one evening. The next morning the floors looked like they were brand new. I've been in the house 3 years. Unit is light and easy to use. Also used it on my tile shower floor. I'm very satisfied with it

I had the older model of this steamer for about 6 years and LOVED it. It finally gave out on me after weekly use and I was so sad to lose it. I was thrilled to see a new model and have used it twice since I got it, and it is excellent just like the older one. It leaves my tile floors spotless and is very easy to use. My only wish is that they gave you more floor pads with it.

Amazing!!! Everyone with hard (tile, vinyl, laminate, etc) floors should own this, it cleans so well. Yes you have to sweep your floors before using it, this is a steam mop. The heat takes up anything that is left on the floors, wether it be sticky, scuff marks, dirt, ect. It does the job very well.
