Sony DVPFX930/L Portable DVD Player, Blue

We bought this DVD player to use when on airplanes and in the car. It works very well for this and now we even use it when someone wants to watch a DVD and not bother anyone else in the house. Battery life is very good, you can watch at least 2 movies before having to recharge. The two ports for headphones eliminates the need for a splitter when two people are watching on the plane. Overall a very good product and we are pleased with our choice.

Love this DVD Player. I love,love, love the swivel feature. Purchased for my toddler to watch his DVD's. I also like the HOLD feature. When the Hold feature is on my toddler can touch the all the buttons(rewind,fast forward,menu,etc.) and will not disrupt the DVD while it plays. Very durable, my toddler loves to put DVD's in and takes them out. Worth the extra $ spent.

Great Value for the Price. Love the clarity of the picture and the sound is loud and clear. Wish they had protector screen film to go with it. Love the product!!

I struggled last year with whether to buy my 3 year old a child DVD player or this. The ones recommended for children seems to be just as expensive. I knew he would out grow the other farely quickly and with him being the youngest there wouldn't be anyone to pass it down to, so I decided to take a chance on this one and I am glad I did. It didn't take long for him to learn how to run it. It is very durable, he hasn't treated it real ruff, it hasn't been hit with a baseball bat but it has been dropped a couple of times, left out in the car, the buttons pushed probably a little more than they should. but it has stood the test of time. It still works great, and the battery has worked really well for long trips. Although the battery doesn't seem to be lasting the full 6 hours. You may not have the same luck with yours but ours has been well worth the money. I wanted to wait and write a review after we had it for awhile. Somethings seem wonderful at first and then after awhile...well you know. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Worth the money. Excellent sound and picture. We love it.

We bought this player right before we headed out on a long trip last year. I can't say enough good things about this player. We had a few players in the past that you could not hear the movie with the volume as loud as it would go. Not only you can hear this unit, it is the only player I am aware of that you can adjust the sound with the remote control. Picture quality is awesome and it is very durable. My 3 year old has watched a lot of movies on it and surprisingly it has still held up to the abuse. It even survived a can of pop being spilled on.

Excellant product! Very clear and sharp picture. Speakers on front and the ability to move screen is a HUGE plus when you're trying to entertain kids on a road trip! The picture doesn't skip when you drive over rough road. Volume goes loud enough so kids on both sides of car can easily hear the movie. It's well worth the investment!
